Our furnace had broken down, John Saliba our service technician was at our home within an hour and replaced the motor. He was very courteous and professional. With 3 young children, we were happy to be able to have it repaired so quickly. Thanks!

We were working with Sales Rep Zuzana (Blondie)!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products..Our furnace and AC unit was installed the following week (it was also very cold this day), but the installers did a great job..Very clean, no mess left behind. Zuzana even checked in the following day to be sure everything was ok...Great work from Zuzana and the installers! Thanks....

Our furnace was broken down, we called Reliance for repair. Technician Adam came to check it. told us this furnace motor needs to replace. he called company to order parts and very nice to help us turn our firplace on because we don't know how to turn it on. so we got stay warmer through the night.He came again next morning,replace the motor.we love him. thanks

On Thursday jan 17 2013 services rep Jesse came by to give me a price on a new furnace after explaining everything we went to look at the old furnace and discovered that my hot water heater was leaking (fortunately this was rented from reliance) with Jesse help and a few email the tank was replaced within a couple of hours amazing . As I write this my new furnace and ac unit is being installed all the installer and everyone I spoke to on the phone have been a pleasure to deal with

The Reliance sales representative (Shannon) was excellent. She met with my wife and I on Friday evening and clearly communicated the Reliance options to purchase or rent a high efficiency gas furnace. Shannon patiently answered all of our questions including emails on Saturday and Sunday specific to technical specifications. We were very impressed with her professionalism and capability. We would definitely recommend Reliance to our friends.

we woke up one morning to a frezing house., we called reliance and a service tech name jon from canadian air systems called and arrived with in 2 hrs to look at out furnace. he advised us it was our motor that was gone., last year we purchased a protection plan from jon through reliance and we are happy we did he got us heat with 30 minutes of his arrival he had a new motor in his truck which was amazing we where scared that he would have to order the part and return the next day, so pleased with the service and cost savings of having the protection plan., thanks to relinace and canadian air systems we now have heat and protection plan saved us from paying a $900 furnace repair. thank you jon and canadian air systems for your great service and dependabilty
