    FURNACE

    Flan Air came to my home and repaired by furnace. They were made me feel very safe and comfortable. I was very please with their very efficient service, very happy with the service.

    Furnance Replacement

    Excellent service from start to finish . My sales Rep Zuzana was awesome and comes with no bullcrap but just straight up honest answers and excellent follow up to anymore questions I have. I can call or text her when needed.. Installation team was fast , polite , and did a quality job and went over everything with us and give us more money saving tips ..

    hot water heater

    I had purchased the water heater from #@!! from another company four years ago the warranty was not in place and with constant breakdowns and repairs I decided to go with a rental. Today I contacted Reliance to switch to a rental water heater as my heater was not working again. Another two days with cold showers had my teenagers a little unhappy. Luckily I called Reliance this morning, Steve at the call centre was helpful. Joey who arrived with a new water heater, had a great attitude was friendly, professional and knowlegeable ensuring I had the proper sized water heater for my needs. He had my new water heater installed the same morning!!! Thank you Joey, having hot water so quickly was much appreciated!!

    Install new furnance and air conditioner

    Very pleased with our new Goodman furnace. Being on the CPP, service, techs have mentioned over the last few years that the furnace was getting old and its design was out-dated. When we had trouble with the furnace this past week, Reliance sent someone out early the next day, and Gary tried his best but just too much wrong with the unit. I appreciated his assessment and recommendations. A sales agent, Jesse, was at my house within an hour and was very helpful in putting together the best plan. He even brought a portable heater to help keep us warm that night. The installers, Barry and Jon were there the next morning, and had the furnace and A/C installed within 6 hours. They did a good job of putting it in and cleaning up. Right away it was apparent to all family members how efficient the furnace was at heating up the house and keeping it comfortable without long running periods. I bought the unit, and with being on the CPP, we got a discount. Along with the energy savings, rebate, and the warranty replacing the CPP monthly fee - it will be a short pay-off period. We are very satisfied customers!

    Reliace home comfort service call

    I don't always take the time to write a review but this is an exemption for a well done service to my furnace. My furnace broke down January 14, I called Reliance Home Confort for a service appointment. Reliance send two senior technicians Adam and Kevin same day and i was happy about this already. My Furnace needed major work and both technicians diagnosed the root of the problem and did what had to be done. It's always great to experiance a level of service that is superior and out of the ordinary. Thanks to Adam and Kevin for job well done. John Tsiminos

    furnace repair

    My mother's furnace stopped working. I called reliance and a technician came to her house. It was determined that the furnace needed a part,which along with the emergency call and installation would total $965.02. I asked the technician to check whether or not my mother has furnace and a/c protection,which she did.It was determined that my mother did NOT have a protection plan and i paid the bill on the spot using my mastercard. My mother's reliance bill came in today and I saw that she did indeed have furnace and a/c protection. I called reliance regarding this and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes this fact was confirmed and that i didn't need to pay that bill. So now i have to call reliance AGAIN tomorrow to get my money back......hopefully i dont have to spend another 30 minutes on hold again. I'm VERY angry and I'm VERY dissapointed because reliance sure didnt have any problem taking my money from me but they seem to have a rather LARGE problem returning it. This isnt over yet.

    Furnace making very loud noise when starting

    I called Reliance late Friday evening regarding some loud start up noise my furnace was making. I scheduled an appt for Monday morning btwn 7am - 11am (there were appts available over the wknd). At 8am John Saliba was at my house to assess the problem; in short order he recommended that the motor be replaced and that he would be happy to order one and return the next day to replace the defective one. I received a call about 3 hours later from John informing me that he had the new motor and if I was available he could come replace it right away. He did, and within 20 minutes of him arriving I had a quiet, working furnace. Kudos to John for is friendly manner, excellent follow up, and quality work. John is a great representative of Reliance!

    Furnace Repair

    John Saliba did an excellent job in fix my furnace. He was punctual and efficient with his work! The furnace has been working seamlessly since the repair and I thank John for this!

    No heat from furnace

    We were faced with cold air blowing from our vents earlier this week.After a call to reliance we were told someone would be by after 4 that day. A service man from "All in One" showed up shortly after 4, went down inspected the furnace and found the problem. He was able to do a quick fix on the spot and said he would be back the next day with a replacement part. The next morning he showed up with the new part, replaced it and found the exhaust on our water heater was leaking CO, he called in the work order himself and replaced the defective part. It has been a while since I have had this kind of top notch service and I am so glad we pay the $16.99 a month for this type of security and never need to worry about our furnace or HW heater.

    No Heat

    we called Reliance since we had there protection place coverage on our furnace., when the service person arrived they notified us that we dont fix air handlers and a contractor will call us., we where upset but within 2 hours Gary from Canadian Air Systems called and arrived to fix my problem., he had all parts in his truck for my unit which was great and we had heat with in minutes. Thank you Gary and Canadian Air Systems for great service
