Service Call for Furnace
Our technician (Adam Walker - Employee #6707) arrived promptly on Saturday, January 5th, 2013 and did a service called. Found he needed a part and advised he would order on Monday and let us know when it came in to come replace. On Monday, he called and said part would be delivered and installed on Tuesday, January 8th, 2013. Adam arrived and promptly did his work. Both times that Adam was at the house he worked in a professional manner, wore slippers over his shoes and provided business card for any issues that arise. On the Tuesday, he also suggested we call in the Spring to have servicing on A/C done once the temperatures got to 20C. Adam was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained in full details everything to my husband. Thank you Adam, our service was impeccable.
