    Adding a water softener to 66 Links Trail

    furnace replacement

    Rene and Paul were both really nice to deal with. They were knowledgeable about what they were talking about and I was pleased that this was the only company to call me back on a Sunday

    Furnance instulation & Air Conditioner

    Staff were professional, polite and informative. Left area clean and took time to ask questions when needed and explain what was done regarding the new install for both items. Experience from quote with Renee to install was excellent, we would highly recommned Reliance to friends & family. Thank you. Shirley & Ron Carriere

    Plumbing issue at kitchen and Toilet flushing issue

    Reliance has sent the technician for fixing the plumbing issue at my sink and he fixed in few minutes. I told the toilet problem in addition and he fixed that as well without saying you need to call reliance customer care for raising another ticket for fixing and fixed though it takes more time than expected. He is patience and nice work done by fixing the problem since long time. Thanks Ravi Kinnera

    Water heater leaking and new installation

    My husband and I rent our water heater from Reliance. It started leaking and I called for a technician. Reliance is short staffed and therefore we had to wait 2 weeks for a technician. The technician who arrived was very ignorant and difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, the leaking continued and we had to call for another service technician. Two appointments were rescheduled due to their staffing issues and finally now this fourth appointment in total we were provided with a new water heater but it started leaking after the service technicians completed the installation. They returned 1.5 hours later and hopefully it is now fixed properly. FORTUNATELY, throughout this entire process, we managed to speak with JANESAN. He is a Supervisor and has maintained regular contact with us and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we are completely satisfied. He waived the Labour fees and we will also be credited one month of rental fees. JANESAN HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM THEN WE WOULD HAVE SWITCHED TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THANK YOU JANESAN!!! WE REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS.

    Plumbing

    Cody was amazing , very helpful and explained everything to me a simple as possible for me to understand . He went above and beyond for everything . I highly recommend that you request the plumber Cody if you need to call into reliance . 5 stars for Cody

    Furnace Inspection

    Very please with the service man. He was pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable. However we are not very pleased with the telephone operator or with the length of time for booking appointments. I had to ask her to repeat everything several times as her English was not practices enough. The reason I called was to find out if the service man was coming. The appt. time was between 10:00 and 2:00 and she had no clue as to where he was or if he was coming, and book another appt. for two more months. The service man arrived 1 1/2 hours later. Two months is a long time to wait for a routine inspection. Routine inspections should go back to being automatically scheduled yearly without needing an appointment. All it would require is a phone call or email reminder of the inspection date and time.

    Installation of replacement tankless hot water system

    We had our old tankless hot water system replaced under our maintenance agreement. The guys showed up on time after a phone call to say they were on their way. They were courteous, very knowledgeable and followed Covid procedures. The work done was excellent and they explained everything to us in layman’s terms. They worked diligently and cleaned every up before leaving. Thanks for the great service.
