The hot water heater in my double wide mobile home gradually supplied less and less hot water until it seemingly died completely. Since I have had a contract with Reliance for this device for the past 9 years, I decided to make my second call for service. Eric, the technician Reliance sent, a great plumber and master electrician, was absolutely incredible! Having been a contractor for 25 years, I assumed that the elements in the heater must be burned out. However, Eric found they tested perfectly. Then he drained the tank and removed the elements, he found they were scaly but indeed not burned whatsoever. He installed new elements just in case. Then he took me to the electrical panel and there he saw the real problem: instead of a 20 amp, 2 pole breaker that a water heater should have, it had been replaced the 2 single 15 amp breakers sometime before I bought the building. Eric gave me the specs needed to order the proper breaker for this outdated panel. And after all this, in 5 minutes, Eric installed a shutoff valve on the main water line to spare me from having to crawl 36 feet under the trailer to turn off the water. WOW!

I am very pleased and grateful for the help from Reliance over the past several days. Within a day reliance was at our home providing us a quote. They were more than willing to work within our budget. Vince from Thunder Bay Reliance was available by phone and text when needed. He returned our texts and calls almost immediately. He was polite and well knowledgeable with the products being offered at Reliance. He helped us choose a furnace that was best suited for our house size and budget. I would recommend reliance to friends and family.

No heat gas furnace. Ecobee 3 thermostat Filter too thick? Changed filter. Ecobee needed reboot. The reboot needed was 20 minutes. -12C outside. Came within 2 hours. Ted was very professional and we eventually got it going after discovering on internet that ecobee recalibrating could and did take a full 20 minutes. Mission accomplished in excellent time! I have a service contract

The water in our bathroom is never hot. The technician Austin came and he investigated the issue being very detailed when explaining what he believed the problem was and making sure I understood as I let him know I don’t know much about this topic. He booked both the plumber and water treatment guys before leaving the appointment. Great customer service and very accommodating.

Installer was great. Efficient and professional. Water heater is working as it should. Don’t have to worry about running out of hot water.

There was leakage in my kitchen drain . Joe came to our home to fixed the problem. Joe is very nice and kind person . He briefly discribed the problem and fixed it. I appreciate his all efforts.

I had an amazing technician for my service call today. He was efficient, checking the equipment which also involved my thermostat. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about this equipment and also my furnace, I currently rent my equipment from Reliance so I asked him what service plans are available if I choose to buy out my equipment. He showed me some options and where I could go online if I needed further help. Leland was one of the best service people I have had in a long time.

My service call was quick and efficient. Appt set up in a timely manner. The service technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent customer service.
