    New Furnace Install

    We first called reliance for a service call to see if our old Luxaire furnace could be fixed. Art was the technician who came by and gave us a quote on the new part but suggested looking into getting a new furnace as you run the risk of something else potentially going on our 20+ year old furnace. Someone from sales called to set up a time to quote us a new furnace, we also called around to get more quotes. Reliance was the cheaper alternative and they weren’t as pushy as some of the other local companies. The two technicians who installed our furnace were super polite and knowledgeable. When they were done they asked us if we had questions and was able to answer them all. With covid, they also were respectful and kept their masks on for the duration of the install which I appreciated as I had my two daughters home with us during the install. Overall, had a great experience!

    new furnace and central air unit

    Very satisfied with Reliance. Our salesman Glen made such an effort to come out on the weekend when we had no heat to give us a quote for a new unit. Explained everything to us and worked with us to get the best price we could and had his crew here the next day to prepare for the furnace install in 2 days. I would recommend Reliance. We have been customers for 30 years or more .

    Furnace purchase and installation

    I used all 3 services. Repair sales and install. .i was able to get an appointment same day. Both sales and service were fast and efficient. Nelson, the repairman was very knowledgeable. All staff were very friendly

    Fix of new installation issue

    We had a new water heater installed on Wed. Pipes were vibrating and creating noise. Thursday saw 1 technician attempt to correct. Kyle came Friday and changed pipes; Kyle was a Reliance technician. Others were subcontractors. Ask for Reliance employees when booking service call.

    Furnace

    Thanks Jamie Very Professional… From the time we called .. he drove an hour that day met our needs with a Furnace-35 c .. 2 Days later we have a new furnace in our home .. Thanks to Jamie’s Team…

    Furnace and central air

    Don and Marvin came in and installed a furnace and put in new central air . They did a fantastic job and very satisfied with work they did for us

    Reliance furnace fix

    Roy the reliance repairman came and very thoroughly checked and fixed my malfunctioning furnace. Friendly and efficient, very appreciative! The furnace had been checked a week earlier by another crew who apparently did not do so thoroughly. Luckily Roy came in and found the true problem of a chimney blockage and took care of it! Thanks

    Bathroom plumbing issue

    The service received today was excellent, contacted Reliance for one issue and the technician kindly checked all 3 areas that could’ve had the same issue… surely enough the problem was similar in the other areas so replacement parts have been ordered. The technician (Sasha) was by far the best we have had since we’ve been with Reliance - extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in completing the job. Thank you, Sasha!

    Excellent Service

    Thanks a a lot to Mr. Jim(sorry if that's not the technician's name)! He was so professional, thorough and elaborated everything. Plus, he did ensure if we had questions and answered them all! We feel safe now after his service!

    AC and Furnace Install
