April 22nd, 2021: Service call for water heater, central AC and AC split.
April 23rd, 2021: Water softener installation (recommended by service tech.)
April 23rd 7.28pm: No hot water. Call for appointment, scheduled for saturday.
April 24th: Tech at 9am, part ordered. ETA on saturday midday or afternoon. F-UP call: unsure if ordered online. Reassured it is ordered??!!!.
April 25th: no news. F-UP call: Tracking number requested.
April 26th: Part received at 4.20pm. Part was ordered same day, not over the weekend as told. Call at 6.55pm, service scheduled for next day and MY phone provided, NOT my husband' s (10-14h). (Agent preparing his food at the same time, unpleasant asking details to book the appointment).
April 27th: 11.46pm received email saying that the appointment was closed. Note of the tech: Customer at the hospital, no- one at home. Called received to my HUSBAND' s phone by mistake, provided MY phone and specified she was at home waiting for the service.
F-UP call: asked to talk with the MANAGER (Donna?). Apologies, action taken: crew asap to fix it. Just rescheduled for 1-5pm, another 4 hours of waiting time. @2pm still waiting. @2.30pm- Manager only works to listen to the customer. Service call ongoing as they rescheduled, nothing changed, another 4 hours of waiting time thanks to the tech's mistake.
Finally, tech at home. After his visit, email received @4.12pm NOTE: APPOINTMENT WAS NOT NEED IT! Tech assured he changed the part that was supposed to be broken (Flow sensor). F-UP call and asked if they changed anything. They reassured that yes, sent a letter in an email confirming it after different emails with customer service.
It was changed? We are still not sure.
What we are sure it is that we had a whole weekend without hot water after a maintenance service call and a poor service customer.
Asked to talk with the manager (Eric), still waiting for any F-UP. It looks like Donna was impersonating him, saying that she was the manager, when she only works at the resolution centre...
Poor customer service, poor agents taking the calls: it takes 30 mins to make an appointment!, techs is a lottery!
CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY! NOT WORTHY THE HEADACHE!
