    Hot water heater

    We have been without hot water for 8 days now and counting. Our family had to go home for Christmas as we had no hot water. First it was the wrong part. I call everyday. 2 days ago I was to receive a call from a customer resolution person. My phone number hasn't changed. Still waiting on the part. This also happened during the summer, only we were with hot water for 2 weeks. Absolutely 0 customer relations with Reliance. No compensation for the inconvenience. Absolutely nothing. 24 hours from now, I may own my own hot water heater.

    Full furnace, AC, water tank and HRV replacement and installation

    Excellent initial consultancy and advice by Josh. Transparency throughout. The installation crew (Greg, Rob, Ryan and Dylan) were attentive and efficient. We could not be happier with the price and final results.

    Terrible Customer Service when equipment doesn't work

    2 new furnaces (and 2 new air conditioning units), 1 soft water system, and a tankless hot water system I have had installed. The last time one of the furnaces wasn't working (mid November in Canada...COLD), they scheduled a repair technician form the middle of December, they said there was nothing sooner. Now I have had no hot water for 2 days, we called 2 days ago (Monday), they said they can book us in for Friday. I have not had a shower in 2 days, no laundry, company is over...Customer service is severely lacking with this company when equipment THEIR equipment fails as it is all rental.

    Reliance product

    Service call

    Furnace was broke down yesterday night, called service department and they arranged technician on next morning. Technician arrived on time, called 30 minutes ahead and did his job perfectly. Explained me why this problem happened.

    Based on my last 2 furnace maintenance service calls

    I have the maintenance package with reliance, based on that I requested a service call to have my furnace checked as I didn't feel the heating was sufficient. The last two reps to visit my home were extremely helpful, nice and thorough during their visits.

    Washroom toilet handle fix

    We had the pleasure to have Christopher come for our plumbing issue today. he fixed our issue in no time. Toilet at times would leak and handle was broken. So lever and fill valve was replaced.

    Furnace service

    Our furnace was not turning off at times when we would switch it off, and the fan was blowing cool air at times for a long time (winter). I called this company for service in the evening, and they courteously sent someone the following morning. A young man named Steven fixed the problem right away. He did a perfect job!

    Furnace Issue

    Furnace stopped working all of sudden. I called Reliance and a technician was scheduled for next day morning. The representative was professional, explained the issue, bought the parts and fixed it. No charges to me, thanks to the Maintenance plans.

    Hot water heater replacement

    Water heater stopped working called several companies to come & look at it but reliance was the only company that could come the earliest the service technician ( lee) was very professional & honest about the issue after a little discussion he put me in contact with Daniel & was agreed upon to upgrade to a tankless system. When I met with Daniel he was very knowlegable & professional about all the products & services available to me. The equipment rental option that he offered me was very reasonable & convenient.
