    Service

    Worst customer service EVER. Installed the AC and took them months to change it. Been waiting 6 months for a hot water tank replacement. Keep calling and being told that a Supervisor will get back to me...now stuck in a contract.

    Brutal Contract, don't do it.

    Brutal Contract, don't do it. Nobody mentioned an 8 year review on the installation., only appearing in fine print on contract. Costs thousands of dollars to cancel the "rental". Completely misleading information. Don't do it!

    Service Contact Worthless

    We purchased a new furnace, air conditioner and split ductless unit + a service contract from Reliance Ottawa 18months ago. There is currently something wrong with either our thermostat or furnace. The heat comes on and off randomly and the furnace won't turn on when we want it to. We could go 12hours without heat on a -12 day. We booked a service call with Reliance 10 days ago, and our call was supposed to be today between 1:00pm - 5:00pm. We received an appointment confirmation this morning, but no one showed up. Reliance canceled the call for a reason unknown to us. We called to inquire and your call center said the appointment was canceled and we need to rebook. The earliest appointment Reliance could give us was 15days from now - We went right to the back of the line! Today we didn't have heat all day and we were freezing. A brand new furnace, with a service contract all purchased from Reliance =25day wait for a service call. I called Enercare and they can send someone later today.

    New furnace and tankless water heater

    We needed to replaced our furnace we talked to Joe who was super helpful he answered any questions we had we also asked about tankless water heaters Joe was very helpful pointing out pros and cons in the end we felt that it would be a good addition to our household We are very happy with both of our new products and would highly recommend them Thank you Joe for all of your help

    Best customer service

    Very professional and cordial. Came in to remove my old furnace + central air at 9 am and installed new furnace + central air at no time. At the same time, able to diagnose the thermostat wiring and prevent from getting a new wiring. Simple fix by removing the wiring caught from the staple. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues and friends. A++++ service

    heat pump

    A heat pump is not a simple piece of equipment. w We had a few issue which have been dealt with. All the technicians have been friendly and professional. We have a number of service items which makes for a complicated bill which the agent went through with my wife. They have all been good to deal with. ...rick

    Furnace troubles.

    I’ve been having troubles with my furnace cycling on and off so I called in the boys from Reliance. The were very courteous and knowledgeable, and they tore down my furnace and cleaned it out, then reset everything. They didn’t mind me bugging them to ask questions and they took the time to explain what was going on and what they were doing. We’ll done. Thanks.

    Furnace

    I bought the insurance so didn’t have to pay. My furnace went on n off I called that morning, and by afternoon a technician was here n fixed problem, professional and courteous!

    replacement furnace and water heater

    fast and professional. nice team Jatinder, Lee and Dan. clear instructions for use of all devices. very happy with tankless water heater - hot water in less than a minute. perfect solution for hard water in Calgary.

    Plumbing

    Adam is the name of the tech that came to check on the plumbing in my laundry room. He was on time and was very helpful. Great job and excellent service from Adam
