    Service Review

    Today, the service I received was beyond satisfactory. I can definitely say that the service was excellent, the technician arrived on schedule, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Very polite and courteous.

    Service Call

    Just moved into a new house and couldn't find the furnace filter. Thava arrived on time and helped out immensely. In addition to showing us where the filter goes he answered many questions about our hot water heater and thermostat. Very competent and knowledgeable, great guy to work with.

    Furnace Fix

    Really appreciate Fadi come to fix the furnace motor in the morning. did not expect I could get a appointment that fast. As I just made the call last night. thank you team for the prompt response!

    Furnace pump

    Friendly and competent service provided by Reliance's technician Mr. Brennon (or Drennon: team member 112549). Called to let us know when he would be arriving, and he arrived when he said he would. Identified and addressed the problem quickly and explained everything he did to us. Pointed out some other potential issues for us to keep an eye on - proactive. When we complemented him on his approach and demeanour, he was quite modest and told us that's how all the team works. THAT'S service. Really, quite impressive!

    Unprofessional

    Not the furnace I ordered. Too loud. Not the filter promised to me. No cover for the A/C unit Not the proper fuse. Horrible Installation They ruined my roof Still a nightmare trying to get them to pay for a roofer I was forced to hire after installers ruined roof. Unprofessional customer service

    Water heater repair

    Service technicians were on time and very polite Also explained what the situation was, apparently we have hard water in our area. Recommended that we get a free water test Thanks for the hot water lol

    filtration system installation was amazing. 10/10!!!

    My fiancé and I were looking into getting a filtered water system for quite some time now. We called in to reliance for a quote and to come give us some more information. We were helped by Amir. He was absolutely amazing and answered all of our questions. He really went out of his way for us which was so nice. After we got the filtration system installed he made sure to check up on us and make sure we were happy with the product! Thank you so much for all the help! We are very happy. 5 star experience. 10/10 would recommend this!

    Reliance

    Great sales support and installation. Relainace has been amazing in terms of providing required information and following through with very reliable installation. I got a humidifier installed and experience was awesome.

    Horrible Company

    I had a furnace installed on Saturday Dec 11. Salesman gave me completely incorrect information multiple times about the install and hook up. Finally got the furnace installed (they were late by several hours), they didn't bother to pressure test, the exhaust is too close to the tanks and they didn't ground the pipe. They knew that the propane company was coming on Monday to hook up. Due to the poor install I still have no heat. There is no way to speak to a manager. this is horrific. I have animals in the house who don't have heat. I have been asking to speak to the sales manager, but was told that doesn't exist. So been waiting to hear from the install manager for almost a week now. This company is a disgrace.

    Hot water tank repair - excellent troubleshooting and result!

    No hot water. Service tech arrived, provided fast, accurate troubleshooting, resulting in an improperly set thermostat. Not only is hot water now present, it’s hotter than before! Fast, helpful, and courteous service!
