    Furnace and heat pump

    In October 2023 I contacted Reliance for a quote on installing a heat pump. I was informed that the person referring them would receive a $250 referral bonus. That has never happened. The day before our heat pump was to be installed ( after we had signed everything etc. ) We were informed that the heat pump would not work on our existing furnace even though the Sales person had assured us it would. We ended up having to rent a new furnace from them. Our heat pump was installed and within the first week I was contacting them that it wasn't working properly. It took 4 months, hours on the phone, piles of text messages and several email along with treating to report them to the Better Business Bureau and one of their techs coming out and making the heat pump totally inoperational before they finally decided to replace it. During the initial installation, we told the techs we were keeping our existing airconditioner. The techs removed it anyway and the following day told us they weren't able to bring it back to us. After many conversations with a manager, he agreed to compensate for the lose of our airconditioner. That was early December. I never received compensation for it. Another manager assured me he was working on these issues for me, but no one will respond to me and nothing is being done to rectify these problems or to help with all the additional expense with having a heat pump that was working I efficiently or not at all for months. I am extremely dissatisfied with reliance and wish I had never agreed to do business with them.

    Furnace and hot water tank installed

    Our sales advisor , Ram was great. He explained everything in detailed and arranged for our new furnace and hot water tank to be installed the next day. The installers came on time and were excellent. They explained everything about the installation and were helpful when explaining the new thermostat. Very pleased with the staff at Reliance.

    HVAC installation

    We had a new furnace and A/C installed. We shopped around, as you do for these big ticket items, and landed on Reliance for the best combination of price and support. Rashid, the salesman made the clearest and most detailed explanation of how the HVAC system works. He was unfailingly professional, polite, friendly and supportive. Ultimately, Rashid made the decided us on going with Reliance in what is a competitive market.

    Furnace Installation

    Quite pleased with my choice in Reliance. Joe came to the house and went through everything with me to make sure I got what I needed for the house, explaining all the options . The installers arrived on time on the day, and completed the process , explaining all I needed to know to get the most out of my new unit, even explained the thermostat settings options. It is nice now not to have to worry about having any troubles.

    BOYD IS EXCEPTIONAL AND AMAZING

    The electrician Boyd had done exceptional work in my home. He is so amazing at problem solving and so customer friendly. He is very professional and just all around amazing. I am so satisfied with the work that was done that I will be telling all my neighbours and friends to choose reliance for all their electrical needs!

    AC / FURNACE Maintenance Service

    John from Reliance Home Comfort is amazing technician who i can rate as OUTSTANDING! He is friendly and very thorough while completing the job. He was very polite while explaining the details of what was done. I would definitely recommend Reliance and John to friends and family.

    Installation Nightmare

    Reliance Home Comfort installed my furnace on a Sunday, but the heat pump could not be finished until the following day due to a "rare" breaker they did not have with them (the "rare" breaker was actually available at a big box hardware store 5 mins from my house). They promised to come back the next day to finish. Long story short, I emailed/called the sales rep and called their customer service many times over the next 10 days. On day 10 someone finally called, even though I was promised that someone would call after each time I reached out. As for the installation, it was finally completed after 12 days! Be very careful with Reliance Home Comfort, you are only important until you sign the contract.

    Furnace and water heater installation

    From the maintenance technician, Milad, to their wonderful agent, Momo, Cam who arrived early to measure and assess the situation and then their installers, Zeman and Tomic......who clearly knew what they were doing.....10 all around. Very happy with the work and Momo's recommendations for the tankless water heater.

    Furnace maintenance

    Very inexperienced technician, who obviously is not ready to work independently yet, gets sent over by Reliance, makes furnace that worked perfectly non operational. Would NOT recommend the company at all

    Poor customer service

    They damaged my kitchen faucet. The technician ruined the faucet pipe and now its leaking and they wont fix it
