    Hot Water Tank Service

    Called for service on hot water tank . Serviced next day by very courteous Tech who cleaned burner and assured me all was working well . Totally satisfied with service call !

    Service and maintenance

    Our furnace was not working Got the technician the following day and fixed right away .. no disruption no delay We are participated in maintenance for our water tank and furnace Thank u

    HVAV Service

    Needed service to be done. They were very quick and efficient and very helpful when it came to my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend going with them if you want your work to be done properly and quickly.

    Leak in water tank repaired

    My rental water tank was leaking. Technician was dispatched by the next morning, and quickly repaired the issue I was pleased with this response, and the tech (John) was professional and courteous.

    Water softener installation

    Great fast installation. They were on time and fast and efficient and explained the system and the work performed. I would definitely recommend theiir services to friends and family. Nice guys too.

    Water Heater Fix

    Called to get my water heating system fixed after there was no running hot water and the fix was quick and efficient! The technician was very polite and respectful and explained what he was doing.

    Pressure switch and installation of Ecobee thermostat

    Kristin was the service technician who came to our home to install our new ecobee thermostat and to replace the pressure switch. She was very professional and courteous! Last week another technician came (I think his name was John) and determined it was our pressure switch that needed a change. He checked their Burlington office to see if they had the part first and when they didn’t, he called us to let us know that he would be ordering it. Overall, both Kristin and John were very professional. They came on time and finished the job within a reasonable time. Very satisfied.

    Reliance salespeople thumbs down

    Reliance is a very manipulative company. We sold a house over six months ago and although they are collecting full payment from the new owner who transferred all the paperwork, we keep being charged monthly. Every time we contact the company, they give us the run around pretending they are waiting on a document or another. These entities are so disconnected and they are set up in order to take advantage. It is unbelievable that you cannot stop payment after you no longer receive services. Mark Prendi

    Hot water heater problem

    The Reliance customer service was great. A short wait on the phone, then the tech was here in a few hours and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Couldn't ask for more!

    New HWT

    Worker was friendly thorough and efficient! Was very pleased by the work and turnaround from when i called to when they came was perfect timing. Thankful for the companys time!
