    Great Service!

    I would highly recommend Reliance for your heating and cooling needs. Technician was here at the scheduled time and was very helpful, and diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately. Two thumbs up!

    Hot water heater

    Gave me a 10am til 2pm time frame but got here early which was a bonus. Tom the technician was very professional and polite. He was very thorough and actually found 2 issues and repaired them both on the spot. Would most definitely recommend. Thanks Tom.

    Furnace repair

    I have a broken gas valve. The service was quick and technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was given option for service and was able to make the best decision for me based on his guidance. A very convenient service for something that was very timely as I had no heat.

    New electric water heater installation replacing propane.

    Great customer service in advising and preparing for installation of rental hot water heater. From initial inquiry until final installation the time line was great. Representative was knowledgeable and courteous.

    Furnace and AC

    Amir and Chris did a great job with the installation. Very clean, careful and efficient. Detailed explanations. Momcilo did a great job on the sales front with the range of options and pricing vs other companies that quoted. Definitely recommend.

    Customer Service - Installation quote.

    I called for a quote on a new furnace online. Within an hour or so I got a call from your rep, who was able to see me same day. Excellent Service! He came over, looked at my setup, recommended a different plan that worked even better for me. Well done, installation within a week as well!

    Service call for home furnace

    Visit from Bill to service our furnace, Very good rep for your company. He wsas very pesonable, prompt and professional. Bill also advised us to book another service call for our air conditioner in March 2022.

    Product

    My husband and I have been without heat since last Saturday. We had a tech come in and check our furnace, he felt that it would be best to talk to a representative about a new furnace. Jansen was very professional and explained everything to us and all our options when it came to a new furnace. I highly recommend him and his colleague, Alex. They are both so kind and knowledgeable and did not leave until we understood everything. Thank you so much for sending us such wonderful people.

    Hot water tank repair

    Had a new noise coming from tank and called for service. Found that the tank needed replacing which was done but the old tank was left to drain and we were told they would return to pick up old tank. New tank leaking so called again and service call booked, old tank still here!! Leak fixed, old tank still here. Today, tech, Sean, called to say he was coming to fix leak!! Explained the history of the service and he called to get authorization to remove old tank, which was done! He was very efficient and courteous- full marks Sean!

    Customer service on the phone

    Ok well this company has been the worst for me. We installed a boiler with them in April of 2019 as our previous one was giving us issues. Now after installing the boiler we have been facing issues every six months. The technicians who come on site are great and do a great job. This is time the same issue (AGAIN) and I called up reliance helpline. I was greeted with a rather hyper lady on the phone who towards the end of my work order tried to sell me another plan. That’s where things took a u turn. I complained about how each time the boiler stops working and I have no hot water. She told me that I am “using too much water” and that I need to use less for the boiler to work!! Also that the machine I had was 2.5 years old and needs to be replaced. Keep in mind that I am still paying the instalments. I then asked her why I had issue within 6 months of installing the “new boiler” and for her then I was using too much water. My water bill says otherwise but mother Teresa here had some wise words of her own. We argued for over 10 minutes on how we do not use that much water and that No one else in the area has the similar issue. She refused to believe me and told me that since she doesn’t have the data she cannot compare. Anyways the technician came and he told us that the water pressure was set to low that’s why we have this boiler issue each time. So Reliance holding your customer service freak team responsible I still wanna know what kind of training are they receiving to give such expert comments over the phone when they have no idea about how a 2.5 year “OLD” machine works. I am sure you record all your calls. Go back and listen to her wise words.
