    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    We had Steve come by today for our annual furnace maintenance. He was very informative and helpful, in his work as well as the advice that he provided. Hope to see him again in the spring for our A/C service.

    Furnace / AC

    Furnace /AC Install We are extremely pleased with the whole Reliance experience. From the initial friendly, courteous call for support when our furnace stopped working unexpectedly to the diagnosis of the problem without an immediate fix to the Home Comfort Advisor (Justin) who assessed our home needs and made detailed recommendations based on the present/future need for total home comfort to the installers (Dan and Philmore) who arrived promptly, informatively and with skill. So to the whole Reliance Team thank you so very much. We certainly will recommend Reliance to family and friends for any of their home comfort needs.

    Tap Install

    Very good job, fairly good price, Installer was prompt and efficient. Good experience. Will call them again for plumbing needs. Tech was quick and knew his stuff, cleaned up after, pleased with the work!

    New motor in furnace

    Phil went over and above to complete this job. He replaced the furnace motor, cleaned the flame sensor and completed an emissions test. Phil was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you Phil!

    Thermostat replacement

    Medhi did a great job repairing my thermostat. He tested the furnace and ensured everything was working properly. He correctly identified that the thermostat needed replacing and make sure my discount would still be implemented. He did a great job!

    Water tank repair

    When cody from reliance arrived at my house he was absolutely amazing did the most amazing job he was very helpful and did everything perfectly showed us everything he did when he completed his job and at the end we where very happy with Cody's service

    Water heater repair and furnace maintenance

    Someone came in a plain pickup truck to look at my water heater but had no dip tube to fix it and said will return in two days. In the past when I called for any service they carried parts and fixed right away. I also called for furnace maintenance and have to wait three months for it. This is not the type of service I am accustomed to from Reliance.

    Furnace Repair

    Called reliance got a great reply and immediate action on repairing an urgent furnace repair matter. Same day repair took place and was very satisfied with job and customer service.

    Service

    Phil came out to our house to show us how to use our humidifier properly, since it was never explained to us. It was a great experience and he sure knows his stuff. He explained everything very well. Thank you so much Alyshia Bilokraly

    Knowlegable

    Dan was very nice. And even though I was totally embarrassed by the amount of pet hair in the furnace, he didn’t make me feel awkward. He explained everything he was doing and his recommendations. Thank you
