    Excellent customer service and very professional love the whole experience ,ver good explanation about what the technician was doing to fix what was wrong with the furnace and also checking the filter on all the equipment

    Be careful of security interest (commonly known as a lien)

    You think you can trust big company, think twice. I called Reliance for a winter maintenance. They spend only 10 minutes with my furnace and decided a put a red tag on it and shut it off. Luckily there was salesperson around and stopped by. Gave me all the lecture about how good the renting without mention a thing about lien. We signed an agreement on iPad and I didn't see full agreement. He only showed me my monthly payment, how much is the full price and that's it. Because of Covid I didn't want to ask for iPad to go thru the whole agreement. I went through the whole thing I got in my email same night. Realized they are putting a lien on my property. Cancelled the installation and call the salesperson (Tod from Durham) to cancel immediately. Still waiting for the confirmation. Now I have to follow up with them while shopping for new furnace in the winter. Salesman calls this as a standard thing on the agreement and not bothered to explain it at all. Not acceptable and unethical, unprofessional.

    New Furnace and AC

    Amir came to the house to let us know what furnace and AC unit would work. He spent time explaining all the different plans and units. We chose one and he very thoroughly went over the contract. We did not feel pressured and appreciated the extra information. We were able to make a very informed decision.

    Rental Water Heater Replacement

    Excellent Prompt Service call for an inspection of a 7yr old rental water heater that was leaking. Service Tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite & cleaned up after he had trouble shot to confirm fault or cause of leak. He very efficiently & effectively removed old unit & fitted new replacement unit. Briefed house owner & tenant on correct operation of control panel & completed all ho ok-ups & leak tests on all input/output lines to new unit. Whole repair & instal took approximately 4+ hours, conducted with minimal inconvenience to customer.

    Furnace repair

    Tom was a fantastic tech. Who arrived here very quickly. Extremely knowledgeable and familiar with Tran furnaces. He immediately knew what was wrong and was able to repair the furnace quickly. Furnace is good as new, would highly recommend reliance and Tom

    New Furnace Install

    Fast and efficient service from the sales representative to the installers. I am very happy that I went with Reliance Home Comfort for the new Carrier furnace I just purchased for our home. Could not be more please and would highly recommend.

    Furnace/A/C replacement

    GM Rob Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with this whole Reliance experience. In less than a week we learned from our annual maintenance inspection that our old furnace was end of life. The technician was able to put us in touch with you almost immediately. After discussion your clear explanation of all the options we made the decision to enter a rental agreement for a replacement furnace and a/c units. The installation happened yesterday ( a week) after the initial inspection!! The crew did a very thorough job and our expectations were more than met. We are very satisfied with the end result! So to you and the Reliance Team thank you very much. We would certainly recommend you to friends and family for any of their heating/ cooling needs! Thank you.

    Furnace maintenance

    John from reliance home comfort came today to do our annual furnace maintenance as per our contract. John was very pleasant and professional. He followed the COVID safety rules and put the booties on as soon as he entered our house. John explained the results of the furnace test to us.

    Water Softener Repair

    My water softener had some issues and I was tasting salt in my drinking water. The technician, Jordan came to resolve the issue. He was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Everything is now fixed and my drinking water is as fresh as can be.
