    Reverze Osmosis Annual Filter ther

    Other than missing to get the filter automatically delivered that requires a followup as well as scheduling mix-up, the last agent that received the call promptly arrange the schedule in soonest possible time. Further, service (Sami) is excellent - on time, quick and very polite.

    Plumbing appointment -poor service

    Plumber name was Rajesh (team ID 112443). Very rude customer service. My pipe had food build up and the plumber mentioned if I call them again and if there’s food build up again, I will be charged. Confirmed with reliance customer service this is not accurate. The monthly fee we pay is to ensure there’s proper and regular maintenance.

    Furnace and AC

    Patrick (Reliance) provided me with excellent service today. Very knowledgeable on both products and provided honest recommendations and feedback. Will definitely be using Reliance again. Thanks for the great service

    hot water tank

    I had Reliance remove a hot water tank from my garage, they said it would cost me $65.00 for removal. The man came I paid him the 65.00. I had a hip operation a short time ago I am 78 years old living on a fixed income. I am on medication so when I went to the bank to pay my bills in May and I made a mistake and paid Reliance $75.00 instead of paying the other bill I was suppose to pay. When I realized my mistake I called Reliance and they told me I still owed for the pickup of the tank. I went to Staples and faxed the payments documents to them showing I had paid the guy. They grabbed my $75.00 and will not return it. STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE---Please if anyone is thinking about doing business with this company PLEASE CHECK OUT THEIR REVIEWS. Terrible company to deal with!!!!!!!!!

    Furnace & A/C Service

    Technician was on time. He explained everything he was going to do and updated progress. Very knowledgeable s professional. He resolved our issues with the air conditioner and furnace. Very pleased with the service.

    Great company

    Gary was great to deal with. The guys that came and installed were fabulous. They came and answered any questions I had. The electricians were fast and kind Would recommend this company

    Shawn was fantastic

    Shawn was very helpful and communicated well. He fixed my blocked a/c hose very well. I would recommend Shawn as a technician each and every time, thanks for your help Shawn.

    Furnace and Air conditioning

    I don't want to exaggerated but I definitely want to make sure everyone knows how happy I am to have chosen Reliance Home for the purchase of my furnace and Air conditioning, after wasting so much time and energy and getting frustrated with third party services from some companies that advertise but really do not get serious of what they promise...I am extremely happy with my decision of going with Reliance Home who really offered me a beautiful package and excellent service. My special thanks to Momo who was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very comfortable with our concerns is so important to have the right people who specialize in such important need in your house .Not doubt I will recommend this company.

    AC instalment

    Helped us with all our questions and to understand everything..was great to deal with. Would highly recommend. Glad we chose this company to work with to help get us and AC in our home.

    Air conditioner consultation

    We had a consultation from a Reliance representative today for an air conditioner. He was very professional and helpful. We can't wait to get our new rental air conditioner on Thursday..so quick.. I'll do another review then.
