    Quick and Affordable

    We were looking to have an A/C installed in our house soon after we moved in. Neil was able to explain all the different systems already installed in our home and offered a wide variety of A/C options that would work for us. The bonus was that he was able to secure next day installation, which was amazing. The option they have to rent the A/C also includes free maintenance which made the most sense for us. From sales to service, everyone arrived on time and was extremely professional.

    Hot water heater

    The Technician Tom that came to our home this evening was amazing and was very helpful with anything we asked him about. We would definitely give him 10 out of 10.

    Excellent service, brilliant plumbing technicians

    We have a annual service plan for Home comfort by Reliance so we were covered for the service. Just thought to put a review of my recent experience with them. Today we received another good service by Samuel, one of their brilliant, professional and friendly plumbing technician who resolved all the plumbing issues very efficiently and to our satisfaction. Would recommend reliance home comfort service to all my friends.

    installation of a new furnace

    The guys came on time - did the required work and left everything in orderly fashion - no fuss and no mess - everything very satisfactory - so no complaints and no problems

    Corrective work

    Abdullah came to my house to repair some work that was done by another technician. He was very thorough to ensure the work was completed correctly. Abdullah was very patient a I went over the issues with him. He then took my feedback and was able to resolve the problem.

    Furnace and AC installation

    Derek and Moe came to install new furnace and AC. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. They made sure the right equipment was installed and done a great job. They explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. Definitely recommend.

    Awesome service!

    So happy that Reliance sent a technician right away on this Labour day to fix our water heater. Matt, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous. He explained to me what he was doing and updated me on his progress. I appreciate him coming into our home wearing a facial mask and shoe covers. Thank you Reliance! And thank you Matt for saving the day!

    Plumbing

    We signed up for the monthly maintenance plan for plumbing along with the HVAC awhile back. We had a few issues pop up (leakage under the kitchen sink, high pitch noise in the shower and a slow draining sink) with regards to plumbing and decided to call. We were given a same day appointment with a 1-5pm window. However, Ross came right at 1:00pm!. We have a 1950's bungalow so nothing was easy except the drainage issue. But Ross fixed everything and provided a step by step explanation of the issue and the plan of repair. Really satisfied with the work and clean up. And the warranty on parts and labour is a bonus! Thanks Ross!

    AC troubleshooting

    Very happy with technician. Came right on time as scheduled and fixed the issue with no cost. Very polite and courteous. There is no cost because I have a protection plan with reliance. Will definitely keep the plan.

    service of downstairs bathroom leaks from ceiling

    1st repair....copper drain corroded and replaced in downstairs bathroom ceiling. name hassam 2nd repair....supervisor from insurance provider suggested replacing another corroded piece one week after 1st repair....no name or paperwork provided 3rd repair...on suggestion from drywall dude who came after another leak was found approx 10 days later. kyle repaired drainage section from upstairs bathroom and checked for any leaks. drywall still needs to be fixed leaks on copper drainage line,leak on solder repair and pin hole in copper drain.
