    Great service, from first technician to sales rep to installers

    Our old furnace started making a noise Monday night. Reliance had their tech over to check out the problem early Tuesday morning. Because of the age of our furnace, we wanted to review our options to replace rather than repair. By Tuesday evening, the rep from Reliance was over to discuss. A number of options were presented with the pros and cons of each. All frank discussions that were very much appreciated. No pressure with respect to repair/replace evaluation or which option to take if went with replace. We decided to replace the old furnace. By Wednesday morning, the installers were at our door with the new furnace. Both installers were professionals, kept us informed of what they were doing and kept the disturbance to a minimal (both my wife and I work from home). In the end, I’m extremely satisfied with the service received and would recommend the Reliance team with confidence. Thank you to Neil, Trevor, Costa and Tyler.

    Furnace replacement at Shuniah Ontario

    Jamie was the sales man, was very thorough and helpful. The 2 installers were friendly, worked hard and very efficiently, did not get there names though I think one was Frang.

    Reverse Osmosis

    I just purchased a house that had reverse Osmosis. Decided I didn't want it so I called them and was told I had 4 more years on my contract. I did not sign any contract. So basically I have to pay it out 960.00 or just keep paying monthly. Not impressed!!!!

    Water heater

    My water heater flooded my basement. They came very quickly to take care of it but I needed a new heater. The next day they replaced it. Two very nice gentlemen came and got the work done in good time.

    Gas Water Heater Rental

    Aug. 26th, 2009 - Installed Rental Gas Water Heater Dec. 20th, 2020 - (11 YEARS later) technician came to repair water heater as pilot light kept going out. Repair completed, left repair certificate, Installed Hot Water Heater in 2009. In Dec. 2020 had technician for pilot light failure, left repair certificate, all OK. Feb 1, 21 pilot failure, new technician, red flagged tank, improper installation. They installed it, repaired it, then shut it down and now want to charge for removal. Total incompetence by this company. DO NOT USE.

    Furnace check-up

    Service person was very polite, respectful. Answered all my questions. It's such a pleasure when people know their job and perform their duties with expertise. Thank you so much See you next year.

    Great service

    Awesome service. This was the best service I have ever had. J would strongly recommend . Ryan was great and got everything fixed in less then an hour. Thank you.

    Rude and Unreliable

    My experience was very disappointing, from the call centre to the repairman, everyone was very rude. We paid $360 for rude service and it was only fixed temporarily on Friday and we were without hot water and heat Saturday morning and all weekend. A sales rep came in on the Monday to look into putting a new unit in and again was super unhelpful and passive... still waiting for the issue to be resolved Monday afternoon in February with -20 days. I would never recommend Reliance to a friend... they are not very reliable.

    Great Service

    Furnace stopped blowing hot air. They came out same day and fixed it as well as provided us some great options for a new thermostat. Sales rep and installers were super friendly and nice. Great experiences all around for every step of the way!

    Water Softener

    The costumer service we had with reliance was great. They called us in advance to let us know when they would be arriving, and they were on time for our apportionment. The installers were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and the installation went very smoothly. We would highly recommend this company. The cost is on a monthly basis.
