Extremely Great service. Helped with everything we needed in a prompt amount of time. Answered every question we had concerning are issue. Rate this a 10/10 service with not one complaint.

We had an ongoing issue regarding a gas valve fault on our water tank which was becoming a huge headache. After a few visits by technicians and changing of parts the problem kept arising, A good technician named Harpreet got it running good for a while until the valve failed again. We scheduled another repair order and a technician named Daniel responded and laid out options for us and we opted for a new water tank which Daniel took on and did an awesome professional installation on the spot and in very good time. So what was a bad situation having no hot water, Thanks to Daniel and Harpreet we can shower again...lol

Dan and Alex came in and did the job no muss no fuss. Very quick and tidy. Excellent workmanship. Thanks a lot for the great work guys and would recommend.

Movers dropped my washing machine on drain pipe for furnace and broke it, I rigged up something to get me through the weekend. Saturday morning I called to explain situation and book an appointment for Monday, 15 minutes later I received a call from Reliance stating that they had a technician available and they would like to repair the drain line now if I was available. He showed up in 20 mins and 30 mins. later it was all done......good job.....great service.

The costumer service representative was very polite and made our appointment immediately. The service person called ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way. The were in time for the appointment. The service person was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and efficient. The service in the furnace was done properly and quickly. One of the best experiences I’ve personally had when dealing with any companies service personnel. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. I had a shower faucet that was 10 years old that started leaking and the cartage needed to be replaced. It was a stubborn thing being corroded with hard water but the reliance plumber Carlos managed to get it out and now my shower is fixed.

Stacey quoted a 70,000 BTU new furnace total cost installed $5085. This included a 10 year parts and labour warranty with a new thermostat due to Reliance offering the Rheem at a $1000 discount. Stacey gave the quote on Wed affternoon and scheduled a Fri morning at 8:30 AM installation crew. Today at Fri 8:30 AM Reliance truck came with my new furnace and two people Stephan and Krystin professionally installed and made running my new efficient Rheem furnace. It took until 4:30 PM till they had everything running smoothly. They put down a carpet runner on the floor and closed both the screen and wood front doors each time they had to get parts and materials from their truck. Did I mention they removed and discarded my old low boy furnace from the basement. Totally, greatly pleased and appreciate the professional job performed. Sastified Reliance customer ; John L.

Had to get old hot water tank replaced along with new 636 piping. Kody did a great job and was very professional. Service was performed quickly and cleanly. Great job Kody!
