Placed a call for unusual noises when the furnace was running, the resp to the call was speedy and the technician was pleasant and provided efficient service/ The issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a timely fashion.

We had a leak in 2 of our toilets. Within no time of our call to Reliance, they dispatched Blake and Joe . Blake and Joe were excellent in their approach to the whole thing, went out of their way and did an excellent work. There was no excuses or justifications, but they saw that it is rectified to the best of our satisfaction. We just waited a week to see if the leak is stopped and not occurring again. Perfect. Excellent team work, complimenting each other, pleasant to deal with. 10 out of 10 to them. My husband and me would like to have them dispatched in future also for any plumbing issues. Yearly maintenance service was great, as usual. 100 percent satisfied. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He was very thorough, and informative about not just the furnace, but also the HRC, AC unit, and humidifier, not to mention all of the services that Reliance now offers. Thanks very much David. Dan

Today Reliance technician (BRAD) came and fixed my furnace issues in less than 45 minutes. He was very good and identified the issue very quickly and logically. He replaced parts and after that the furnace is working very fine. I have maintenance contract for my furnace, air conditioning and plumbing and I am very satisfied with Reliance's services. They are easy to contact, easy to book an appointment and very quick to attend. They fix the problem every time very quickly without giving any illogical answers. My heating system failed, I called in on Jan 13. Technical came, sighted and said something wrong with the hot water pump. Next day, Jan 14, 2021, another perhaps more senior Technician came - Ringo Team No. 2466. In no time, he found out the control board was malfunctioned, replaced and back to work in 30 minutes. Ringo is a very competent technician, courteous and fully explained to me the operational system. I live here for over 10 yrs. I just learnt that there are so much "unknown" to me. eg a small knob to adjust the fan speed. Very happy with the service rendered by Ringo although need to bear a 2 day-cooling time.

We wanted to commend Darren for his excellent service in the repair of our clogged Kitchen sink. He is professional, knowledgeable, and an expert in his trade. Thank you Darren for repairing the problem and taking the time to explain what you would do.

I wanted to personally commend Reliance senior technician Wes and Bryce for their incredible service. I purchased a furnace from Reliance in 2019 based on their reputation and warranty services and it turns out that the unit that was installed was not quite what I ordered. I am not at all an HVAC expert so I didn't quite know the nuances of what I ordered but when it came time to replace filters and the filters in my furnace were not generic and I couldn't find them anywhere but reliance, and to boot they were backordered for months due to COVID, I realized that this was not the unit I thought was being installed because I specifically said I wanted a unit where I could buy generic filters elsewhere. I had to do a lot of the leg work to get this remedied because Reliance is so large that I was getting bounced around from departments; however, management scheduled a replacement of the casing to accommodate a generic 5" Merv 11 filter along with a duct mount UV installation VERSUS a 1" UV filter and a 4" furnace filter that you can not seem to find anywhere by Reliance. Technician Wes did the original install and returned again this time around. I couldn't be more impressed with him and his associate Bryce was equally as helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. There are pros and cons to dealing with large companies for reasons like this; however, I like to commend good honest work and Bryce and Wes from Reliance deserve this accolade.
