    Daniel MacDougall . He was very helpful with my water softener plan. He was very friendly and polite. He knew what he was doing .I thank Reliance for having such good people working for them. Thank You.

    Great service

    Fast friendly furnace servicing. Good communications, efficient, clean, came on time, friendly person. They also service our air conditioning and we have never had a problem. Highly recommend it. Fair pricing.

    HVAC leakage and Water Heater issues

    clean work and I highly recommend their service. The technician fixed both the issues in short time and also ordered the broken parts that needs to be replaced. He made a temporary fix till the new piece gets shipped and so far the temp fix works fine.

    Plumbing service call

    The plumber located the problem (a faulty pipe), replaced it and only charged a service charge. He also arrived early and was finished in less than half an hour. He took the time to explain the work he had done.

    Installation of Humidifier

    Great Service. The technician arrived when scheduled. He answered all questions, even ones that I had not thought to ask him. The unit works fine. He followed the Covid procedures. Very friendly.

    Annual furnace inspection covered by insurance plan

    Les showed up on time and went through all the inspection and answered any questions that I had. He was very thorough and informative about the workings of the furnace.

    furnace winter emergency - resolved

    After my urgent phone call, Shawn came to discuss remedy for ancient furnace quitting. Shawn very clearly explained benefits of various systems and technical reasons for proceeding with replacement of air conditioning unit at the same time.He must have good connections at the office ( or they all are so efficient ?) because when we decided on specific items he was able to check availability. He got the right answers because the new furnace and AC were installed the next day i.e. today, Friday Dec.18. Also, cold and confused I asked many questions about the contract I signed, all details clarified to my satisfaction. Thanks !

    Furnace

    At 3:00 a.m. my furnace stopped running I called Reliance as I am under repair program with Reliance. They showed up when they said they would got right to it . Fixed the problem and they did it in a timely fashion, Very polite and followed the covid protocol. Thank you

    Replace broken thermostat

    Ruel was fast and efficient in replacing the thermostat. He took his time to explain how the system works and gave me pointers to troubleshoot. He also provided his phone number in the event we needed further assistance. There was not cost, as the repair was covered by the repair plan.
