    Great in-home service

    This was a warranty call so zero dollar. Want to say how pleased we always are with Reliance technicians. Today we had Sean in for the furnace. We have also had water heater, AC and electrical work through Reliance and each and every time the tech they send have been great - for years. Don't care for the call-centre but the techs that come in are always very good, informative, take time to explain everything and show what they have done, that is why we have kept with Reliance. Highly recommend. Thanks Sean, house is warm again!

    Great Service

    great service - We rent our water heater from Reliance, and went to run a bath at midnight on a Saturday but found we had no hot water. I called expecting a machine but got a real person who scheduled a repair for Sunday 9am. The tech arrived on time, and found we needed a special part, but still managed to get us going again temporarily. Part arrived by courier the next day at noon. We called to inform them and a 2nd tech was there within 2 hours, installed the part and we were good as new. Very pleased. Mike & Monica PS the unit is a rental so all repairs were free

    Service

    It is always concerning having someone into your home during a pandemic. Jason immediately put us at ease as he adhered to all safety protocols and did the job efficiently while being very pleasant and reassuring. He is a great asset to his company!

    Pluming isssue

    Very prompt and on time service call, we had a leak in basement as a result of a failure of a pipe in the wall. Jordan was very carful not to cause too much damage to the walls but he found the leaky cause and fixed it in not time, and cleaned up after. Great.

    New Furnace Required

    Our furnace had to be turned off because it was tagged. Tech called a salesperson. Next day Jamie was here. Monday the work begins. The interactions were positive and for me, as usual, Reliance was reliable.

    Furnace technician

    I am very pleased with Logan, the technician who checked our furnace. He took the time in checking and made sure that everything is functioning properly. And even went to the shop to pick up the parts, so I don’t have to wait for another day or 2. I can tell that he’s knowledgeable as he dealt with the issue right away, and turned my concerns to peace of mind.

    Heating systems repair

    We were having problem with our furnace, not giving heat. We called reliance home comfort and they send us Keith. Thank you Keith for an excellent service you provided today.

    Cleaning boiler

    The service person was friendly, knowledgeable. He informed of us about things we didn't know about our boiler. I would highly recommend Reliance and was very pleased with service. Hope to see him next time.

    Professional, Reliable and Competitive

    Furnace inspection and service. Placing the order was very straightforward and you’re given a date, time and importantly a price. Alan was our technician, who called ahead, was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Reliance. Thank you also to Alan!

    Plumming for water filter service

    Jordan is a great plummer who just helped to fix the water pipe connection issues this morning. It’s not an easy job because of my dry wall, but he worked very patiently. So I give 5 stars for his work!
