Amir and Chris installed our furnace and AC. They were punctual and professional. Our setup is a bit tricky but they explained what they needed to do and took care of things well. Amir even fixed an issue with the circuit breaker for the AC. One example of how they went above and beyond. Appreciate how the customer rep Thomas also took the time to properly review our setup so that there were no surprises on the install.

I am thankful for the great service Matthew Tucker provided and the advice provided. I called to book an appointment and was able to get same day service. I am happy to refer Reliance.

I had Omare service my furnace which appeared to stop working overnight and had become a concern. He was great company, honest, kept me informed of all the checks and balances he was performing and gave me comfort in the fact that whatever my problem was, he was there to solve it! Omare's service was extraordinary. Not only did her tackle the issue he was called in for, but rather took additional time to resolve a pending matter left over from a previous service technician's call. With Reliance having technicians like Omare servicing their customers homes, I can truthfully say I am very satisfied with my Reliance Protection Plan!

We had Reliance come out as we were facing taps leaking and clogging issues. The technician Al McCaughen who came out was very friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and with no mess at all. Thanks

Awesome timely service! Warranty repair and service on 3 year old system.. Gave sound advice on pruning landscaping impeding my exhaust vent, preventing interruption in furnace this winter! Very appreciative!

We had Reliance come out as we were looking for an AC unit for our new house we purchased. The gentleman who came out was very friendly and helpful. He walked us through the process and we ended up renting the AC over buying it as the the furnace did not have a warranty as we were the second owners and renting the AC gave us coverage on the furnace if something happened. Fast forward a month and a half and we decided we needed a water softener since the water here in calgary is pretty hard. Daniel came out and assessed our situation and informed us about the electric water heater we had was nearing the end of it life cycle and he suggested an endless gas water heater along with the water softener. Daniel was great and very friendly. I would highly recommend reliance to friends and family.

The service person was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and with no mess at all. The service person wore a face mask and wore booties over his work boots. We were very pleased with this service.-

Tony (team member 11158) from Reliance was patience, friendly and very accomodating. He explained every step of the process to us and patiently answerd our million silly questions. He worked with us to minimize the mess from the old water heater leaking. After days with no hot water and not knowing where to start, the team from reliance from Tony who installed the new heater, Mike (2854) who did the inspection and Pradeep and Rocky from customer service who set up the appointments and explained the process helped to make a very stressful situation much more bearable. Wilm be recommending Reliance to everyone.
