    Plumbing emergency

    I had plumbing work done, the technician was at my home fast, did quick work at solving the problem and was friendly, I would recommend Reliance plumbing service to anyone

    A/C and furnace service, inspection

    Keith was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the steps during the service call . He fine tuned and optimized the HVAC system so that now, it is even more comfortable! Thank you, good job!

    Great Service on Air Conditioner Repair!!

    James from Reliance was professional, thorough, and very kind given my anxiety about having repairs done at home during the Covid pandemic. I was very impressed with the care he took in solving my AC problem and also in explaining what he did to fix the unit. Thank you again James! :)

    Good service. Came right away.very professional.knew what she was talking about. Not overly aggressive. Came up with different options. Was very happy with service and agent. Would recommend the company.

    AC repair

    Vedesh from Reliance was great, he fixed my AC outside in the rain, much appreciated! I was expecting him to reschedule the service call due to heavy rain, but he put on his coat and fixed my AC

    A/c maintenance

    New a/c was not cooling upper floor and was making a loud grinding noise. Also new heater was creating loud banging noises within the ducts. Mike vesich was able to explain the reasons and took action to repair everything immediately! Ver professional and knowledgeable

    Furnace Fan Service

    Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable when we needed the speed on our furnace fan increased. He answered any questions we had and was very informative. Would ask to have Kyle come back any time if we have any other issues.

    Old hot water tank replaced quickly and professionally

    I needed an old hot water tank replaced, and the company sent a subcontractor from another company to do the job. Initially I was concerned by the subcontractor aspect, but I had no reasons to be worried. Joe was courteous, arrived early (with my permission) and had the tank replaced in about 30 minutes. He was pleasant and professional, and he took the time to answer all my questions about the new tank. Thank you Joe!

    New water heater

    My water heater caused a flood and stopped working on Sunday morning. Called Enercare (my provider-rental) and they were rude and said they could not replace it until Thursday afternoon. Totally unacceptable! Called Reliance and said I could get it same day (Tuesday). Derek and Min came to install and made it happen even though there were some snags. Very professional and neat. Was definitely a positive experience and I would absolutely recommend Reliance.
