    Product (furnace replacment

    Great sales presentation, no high pressure closing, salesman asked what I wanted, and actually listened to me. Provided me with lots of information about the furnase and the installation process

    Service through Home Protection Program

    Shout out to Ron who repaired our plumbing issue within a couple of hours of contacting Reliance. Ron was very friendly, professional and repaired the problem in a timly manner. Very happy we signed up for Protection Program last year! David

    Funace & Air Conditioner Installation

    Great job from sales to the installation process!!! We very much appreciated having such a qualified group of professionals, equipped with all the skills and supplies needed to complete the job seamlessly in one day! A big shout out to the sub-contractor “Super Dave” team who did this job!! Including the electrician who came through Reliance. Thanks to Miki Hughes for working out a great deal and contract. Everyone was pleasant and efficient! Thanks

    Water products

    Daniel is a very helpful sales person. He came to my home and explained how an on demand hotwater tank would save me considerably on my electric bill as I live in a mobile home and currently have an electric hot water tank.

    Furance Replacement

    The people at Reliance Home Comfort were very competent, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend their team. Our story… On Friday during our annual maintenance, it was unfortunately determined that our furnace needed to be replaced. Josh was very clear to the cause as well as our options. We chose to replace. He made arrangements for a sales rep appointment for the next day. On Saturday, Kris arrived on time and we proceeded to determine the best solution for our situation. At no time did I feel pressured into a solution with which I was uncomfortable. After deciding the model, Kris arranged for the install on Monday. On Monday the install team arrived and literally rolled out the red carpet. They actually rolled out protective carpet from the front floor to the basement furnace room. They completed the job in 2.5 hours. They took the effort to re-route the intake and outlet pipes to better position them around the furnace as opposed to the original configuration which “stuck out” into the room. Well done team.

    Water Treatment Services Are Excellent

    Our small town has terribly hard water. Reliance installed a new water softener and RO filter for us. We had problems with the RO filtration system and needed someone to confirm whether we also needed an iron filter installed. Reliance scheduled an appointment for us with Russ. He was out the next day. Was knowledgeable and efficient with his service. Got our installation scheduled for the next day. Russ was terrific! Installation was excellent, on time and completed efficiently. Great service Reliance! You guys knocked this one out of the park!

    Excellent Service !!

    Had furnace and hot water tank problems called and a service man called Caesar (Kaiser) was in our house trouble shooting our problem within 3 hrs. Due to the age of our to units he advised that the repairs were not wotth it and we should consider two new units. there was a sales rep. here in two days who offered us a deal we could not refuse. The new units will be installed in 5 days. Can't beat that service. Highly recommend Reliance

    Furnace

    Stay away from reliance, worst company to do business with. They were charging me 140+tax a month for a furnace and ac rental on a 7 year contract. Worst investment ever. Bought a brand new furnace and ac for 6000. Reliance is terrible.

    New Water Heater

    Big shout out to ERIK. After waiting 2 days for someone to come and look at our water heater because we had no hot water, Erik came to the rescue. Someone else came before him, said we needed a new tank and then took off. Called Reliance and they said someone would be there the next day, but couldn't tell us when because their system was down. Then ERIK called and said he would look at it. He agreed that we needed a new tank, called his buddy who delivered the tank within half an hour. It was installed immediately. We didn't have to wait until the next day, and thoroughly enjoyed hot water again. Great job ERIK!

    Furnace over heating

    The technician trouble shot the furnace and thermostat to determine source of problem. Thermostat found to be defective. Technician was helpful and explained all issues and options. Chose to replace thermostat
