Arash was very helpful and really knew what he was doing. I had a hot water issue and after I told him the story he did a couple checks and knew right away that it was a check valve issue. He replaced it for me and that I was able to constantly have hot water now. He was very helpful and even asked if there were other things that he could help me with. It makes me feel a lot better that he was willing to help beyond what he needed to do.

Seal was broken between tank and bowl. The repair man arrived in less than two hours and quickly diagnosed what the issue was and had it fixed in about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with service call.

Joey did a great job and has a great work ethic and takes pride in his work. He was pleasant, arrived on time, was careful not to damage anything while he worked and cleaned up after he was done. Ten Stars, Joey!

Great Experience, Tech was on time, very informative, answered all my questions and told me what he was doing through the repair process. Ordered the required parts which will be delivered tomorrow at which time we just have to call back in to have them installed.

tech is very knowledgeable, pleasant and presentable. I had few techs over the past year but he took his time to diagnose the issues and rectified it. I recommend him 100%. Cost is zero for me since I have the warranty with them.

During one of the coldest nights in the GTA, our Nest learning thermostat suffered the dreaded "low battery" and disconnected itself from the network, our wifi and app. Seeing that this was the first time this had happened since it was installed, we didnt know what to do. After trying to troubleshoot it on our own, then referring to YouTube videos, by lunch we resolved to calling Reliance to help. Their customer contact center was friendly and understanding. They arranged to have a service tech come by the same day. By the afternoon Vedesh from Reliance had arrived. He was very pleasant and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He hooked up a common wire to the thermostat, so no more "low battery" warnings would occur. When the job was done, he cleaned his work area. You'd never known he was there. I'd recommend him and will ask for him in the future when my furnace filters need to be replaced.

Fast and efficient. He's very knowledgeable. When the weather was so cold, we are really appreciate someone like him to come over and fixed everything. We got hot water and heat back in no time. He's definitely your company's great asset. Thank you so much.

Reliance came today and was very organized, efficient , professional and did a great job! The job ended up being larger than expected but he was super patience and very informative as to what was going on!

Reliance gave Great service! Water tank was leaking and needed replacement after only 7 yrs. it was replaced N/C except for $25 replacement of partial pipe and valve not covered under the plan. Called in at 11:30 am and they came had my new tank in by 4:30 pm. They moved furniture and stuff out of the way as there were 2 technicians luckily to do so. Very clean. Highly recommend them.
