My mother's furnace stopped working. Humberto diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very thorough, professional and patient dealing with both the furnace and my mother. I would highly recommend Humberto to others. Thank you so much Humberto!

Tim provides excellent service and advised us on how and when to change the filter. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. I would highly recommend the company and this technician to others.

The company is not the best. Hoever their technical staff is very good. After so many calls and confusing messages from many rep I got what I asked for: "I am sorry sir" The tech guy that came to my house was a very proffessional and ethical. He explain the problem with my furnace which made a lot of sense from technical point of view. Bottom line my furnace is completely unreparable a piece of junk and the company asking 400 to remove or $250 to keep.

Harry was polite and explained the problem. He quickly repaired the water heater! Great!!! He also recommended that I down grade to PU40 because I no longer have a combo use. Thankyou. It was covered by my account!

From the sale to install I was happy. They came out same day new what I had already, gave me options to what I can do. Got me extra heaters as the furnace was done. The install team was good. Quick fast service. Was a minor hiccup and was resolved after install. Sometimes happens. I was very impressed with the reliance team and would recommend them to anyone. The product is very good different to suit anyone’s needs.

Hot water heater needed valve changed. Very friendly and competent worker. Did a great job and explained well. The timing wasn't ideal. I had a different appointment at 2 o'clock and let them know. The guy finally showed up at ten to 2(!) and finished at 2:40! I was late and stressed..

We are renovation an existing cement block building on our farm property. We are creating office space for our new business within this building. Because we have well water we needed to have this water softened and the iron removed from it. After looking at the equipment that was needed and reading reviews of the problems with this type of equipment we decided to rent the equipment from Reliance Hone Comfort. The Reliance Salesperson Tim was personable, knowledgeable and did an excellent job in specifying the equipment that was needed for the project.

Arash was very helpful and really knew what he was doing. I had a hot water issue and after I told him the story he did a couple checks and knew right away that it was a check valve issue. He replaced it for me and that I was able to constantly have hot water now. He was very helpful and even asked if there were other things that he could help me with. It makes me feel a lot better that he was willing to help beyond what he needed to do.
