Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

We had a drainage repair done today by a fine young tradesman and Reliant. The repairs were made within the stated time. MAtt Morrison arrived with an exceptionally positive attitude and did the repairs with skill and forethought not typical in many young folk . I think he will be a fine tradesman and a good represantive for Reliance. Thanks.

Technician was excellent! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Quick service, was helpful with advice and was patient with my questions. He was very respectful. I would definitely recommend Reid (I hope I spelled this correctly).

Brandon and his crew were here today to Rewire my livingroom.All 3 men were polite,professional,and quick.They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Ihighly recommend him and his company. Fantastic job great price. Thanks again guys!

Awesome tech, very polite and kind, Gave me good news in a horrible disastrous time right now. My basement was flooded from this weekend storm and I was worried about my furnace, He put my mind at ease as no faults were found. Thanks Brandon

Our furnace decided to crap out and blow cold air through the vents. We have two small children and a very old home (1874). We called Reliance and they sent a tech out as soon as they could and he fixed the issue! Turns out sensor board (i think?) on the furnace died, so he went ahead and put a brand new one in for us! He also took the time to check out our vents to let us know we need to clean them and he took the time to explain and offer some other options for a new furnace and water heater as ours aren’t very efficient. I felt like he truly cared about our situation and made it a priority for us to informed and happy before he left. We love Reliance so much, always great customer service and techs! Thanks again!

We have counted on Reliance for many years for our furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Today our water heater needed service. Reliance came quickly and provided excellent service. We trust and appreciate them. Always happy with the service and any costs, when applicable.

Daniel was the tech that came in to just check out our water heater, to make sure everything was working well. He did notice that one of the parts looked a bit worn down but didn’t really need replacement. Daniel went the extra step to replace the part and ensured proper functionality of the unit. What a great tech and service.

Everything had to go including main stack and all the runs from the meter in. We did 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and laundry rooms. It wasn’t as smooth as I’d like, but everything was getting done and when issues arose they showed up in a timely manner to correct. The staff were great and their management is responsible and professional. No excuses here. Hire in confidence.

Rental water heater unit was acting up and had a small leak. Technician came and replaced it with a new one without issue. Excellent service, thorough overview of the work and went above and beyond to make it a clean safe job.
