Jason came down when our electronic air cleaner crapped out & our furnace H/Exchanger was subject to recall. He showed us the pros & cons of renting compared to buying; was very knowledgeable & professional.

The technician was very professional and arrived early within the appointment time. He provided expert advice in a manner that made sense and gave clear directions for next steps! Highly recommend the service tech Maitland and love to deal with him again, if I ever had issues again!!

Our 22 year old furnace is quickly approaching its end of life. It started to perform erratically and won't heat the house in a desired comfortable warmth. With a very cold weather forecast fast approaching we decided to call Reliance. Reliance replied quickly and with the help of Jatinderwho provided various options we were able to decide which furnace to get. Replacement of the furnace was done the next day by Adam and Brandon. They were prompt and provided great service. Furnace, humidifier, monitors and thermostat operations were explained and shown thoroughly. Now, the house is comfortably warm....thanks to Jatinder, Adam and Brandon.

I needed a new furnace and hot water tank. Vince home comfort advisor suggested a rental . After discussing the pros and cons i went for the rental.This was on Monday Tuesday he came with furnace guy and took.a look for what he would need for Wed . On Wed. like clock work both appliances were installed and venting put in. Vince did a good job at handling everything and the guys were all polite and hard working. Would recommend them anytime Barry Scully

furnace not working for several days, changed batteries in thermostat usually that is the problem, house and rads never got warmer, so I decided to call Reliance repair service, so glad I did.ID 3416 came into my home, went straight to work. He explained what he was doing and why. Very polite fellow.

We recently moved into a new home and wanted to have our furnace serviced and to familiarize ourselves with its operation. We are new to Reliance so weren't sure what to expect. Brendan was courteous and helpful. We were more than happy with the service.

Gentleman that came to repair was amazing, he was friendly and explained everything to me. The part has been ordered and will arrive quicker than originally thought and hopefully we will have heat on Saturday.

We moved into a 10-year old home in Muskoka. Water was pooling in all the window ledges. So we considered the possible reasons (need new windows, roof, ?). Since we wanted a fresh air intake, we decided to start with installing the HRV. The humidity dropped from 70 to 50 percent in one day. We also added a cold air return. That dropped the humidity even further. Windows are no longer pooling with water and we are breathing easier. He sales and installation staff were pleasant, efficient and went beyond the call of duty to help us.

Technician was great, got the appointment within 1 day, and the water tank replaced in 1h! Good communication to confirm the appointment, and the technician was on time for the appointment.

If you want to be stress free and avoid punitive contracts then I highly recommend you avoid Reliance Home Comfort. Their sales reps are not knowledgeable, and they’ll say anything to get the sale. After installation you’re stuck with a contract and equipment that doesn’t work the way they promised. On top of this, Reliance sent a sub-contractor to do our water softener installation. What a mess. They left salt everywhere which our three year old daughter swallowed. We are now taking them to small claims court over the significant issues and damages we’ve faced. I would highly recommend you avoid Reliance at all costs if possible.
