    Furnace installed by this company

    Edit: in response to your response, no. I had another company fix your mistakes. You guys will never be allowed back in my home. Twice now there's been issues. You don't get a third chance. Carbon dioxide kills. Furnace was installed by reliance enbridge served me safety violations due to install by reliance. use anyone but reliance.

    Fast response, courteous, knowledgeable service

    On discussion with the service rep who performed an annual service and maintenance on my furnace, he suggested he have a rep address my concerns re my water softener. The following day a representative came and checked out the water softener and verified my concerns and later that day I had a new water softener installed. All those I dealt with were very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you Andy and Joe for the great, expedient service on the water softener. No fuss, no mess, very considerate and took great care not to leave a mess. Installation was fast. Hats off to the fellow who serviced my furnace. All were patient and answered any questions I had.

    Trapped in my own home!

    Since June 2023, I have been trying to contact Reliance about our rented water filtration system as it was no longer working. They came and took several water samples and then always radio silence afterwards. We were constantly following up to find out that the samples were either faulty or the results were not available but someone was going to call us back. NEVER a single call back. After hours and hours of chasing, on today's call, I was promised another call back by the customer retention agent and simply said, no one will call me back and please schedule to have the appliance removed from my home so that I can get a system installed that actually works. When I shower my eyes become inflamed and red and I am a prisoner in my own home at this point. The agent said that if we want to have the appliance removed, we will need to buy it outright. I said that's not happening and then was told that this is the only option. There are no managers to discuss this with but someone was going to "call me back". Likely story. Thank you Reliance for the horrid customer service and hours of time wasted only to be told I am trapped with your equipment. I am left with no options but to post here hoping that it might help! Thank you!

    Went above and beyond to replace an old furnace and install new one and new hvac system

    Reliance went above and beyond when it comes from having to replace our new he furnace and hvac system. From meeting with an awesome salesman. Was always there to meet our needs, great knowledgeable ,punctual. professionalism showing us different ways to get one installed, from meeting with us to the end of the project. At first we were going to rent the product, but in a few days decided on purchasing the product instead, he made it very easy for us to switch over. Happy with our purchase. Thank you Rene Keating for you fast responses and all your help in making our sale and comfort for our home.

    Becare of the personal information leaking !!!!

    Horrible customer service, Trsanfered me through four departments and had me wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes without solving my problem. For each transfer, I have to explain my question and request all over again. Eventually, I asked to speak to the supervisor, or anyone in charge that could make a decision and help me solve my problem. I received the bill under a total stranger's name, I have no idea how his bill is addressed with my location. When I called regarding this issue and had the account canceled, they said they would transfer this account under my name. Which is ridiculous, I am not the person who set up the account! I don't understand how they can just use my address without my consent. My personal information is leaked. I don't know if this is just an accident or if they have serious security breaches within their company. How can they approve other people's requests to set up an account without verifying it? I hope they can take the customer's information more seriously, especially with all identity theft cases increasing in the GOT area.

    Hot water tank

    Horrible in every way. Couldn't get through to anyone for almost 2 hours, and when I did, they put me on hold to speak to "management" and never came back on the line. They charged me a cancelation fee after I fulfilled the contract terms. Just awful! Stay away

    Furnace and A/C

    Service was top notch.. professional,knowledgeable and on time. The furnace install was done quickly and professionally. We are enjoying the quietness, quality as well as the humidifier on the furnace. No more dry throat in the morning. Looking forward to summer to enjoy having A/C on those hot days. A big thank you to James Stawn, he went above and beyond what was expected to get our home warm again. I would recommend this business and especially James. Bravo

    Water softener

    Do not use this company!!!!!!! Their salespeople tell you inaccurate information about their water softeners, such as the fact that they don't make a lot of noise, you don't need that much salt (untrue, you have to buy several of the big bags and that the water will be soft-it actually feels slimy). They pressure you into renting one with the promise that you "can try it out". At no time do they mention the $350 cost to remove it. Stay away and do your research so that you don't end up being sorry!!

    This is a total rip off, they sell you services you don’t need to grab your money

    They sell their water purifier system to my Alzheimers husband, complete unnecessary and they put a lien on my house
