    Falsely extract money from me

    They have replaced the furnace which was not even broken. The furnace was working absolutely fine.

    Shout out to Reliance Team member 3316

    I pay for Reliance's Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing Plan, which is about $40/month. That may seem like a lot when you don't need HVAC help most months. But it when you need an emergency repair visit like I did during an early October cold snap, it more than pays for itself. Not only was Reliance able to send a Technician the same day (on Thanksgiving, no less!) but the young guy they sent named Ryan, Team Member #3316, was fantastic. He was courteous, identified and fixed the problem quickly, and was the most pleasant Technician I've ever dealt with. The repair bill with the labor and parts would've cost me $500 but because I was on the monthly plan, it was covered. Thanks, Ryan! And good call for hiring him, Reliance.

    Top notch

    Very happy with my service with reliance. Our boiler died and they had a new one in in less than a week from my first call before the cold set in. Matthew bent was a fantastic sales guy. Very knowledgeable, fair and easy to work with. Thank you again!

    Hot water tank problems, fixed by Andy!

    We got home late one night to realize we didn't have hot water. My husband tried to relight the pilot but it didn't work. Booked with reliance for a service tech the next day. Andy arrived on time. He was very pleasant. He completed the job but did advise us that we should call reliance and have our tank replaced soon as it was getting rusty and 14 years old. Shortly after he left, my husband went downstairs and noticed the smell of gas. We called his phone back (we had his number on the called I. D from when he called us to say he would be arriving soon. He told my husband to shut off the gas and he would return shortly. Andy returned very quickly and with a brand new tank. He had already been on his way home for the night! Being that we had 2 small and sick kids, he did not want to leave us without hot water. He was incredibly informative and kind and helped us SO much. We were beyond pleased with our experience. If I could leave 100 stars I would.

    Hot Water Heater Replacement

    The service representatives were Cadeem and Nasser both of whom were efficient and knowledgeable. The only charge was due to an electrical upgrade to meet the code standard. I was very pleased with both the speed at which the installation was provided and the way the service technicians cleaned up. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance Home Comfort or their technicians.

    Excellent and prompt services

    Very satisfied with the services to start up our furnace for this season. Technician was experienced, knowledgeable and courteous.

    Thermostat and Furnace inspection

    Technician arrived and showed us how to properly set thermostat - was set on a timer that was not wanted by us. Inspected the furnace and replaced humidifier pad and drained a tube. House is much more comfortable now. We are Seniors and home all day wanted the house to be a consistent temperature throughout the day. I am very happy

    The technician is professional. He provided great service and resolved the issue immediately. Good communication with customer as well.

    Water softener replacement and repair

    Very old water softener died - reliance was able to access damages, repair and install a new unit within 2 days. Hassle free and added bonus of discount on rental fee for having a water heater with reliance. Still need to fix the upstairs faucet lines - but everything else is working perfectly again!

    Never use this company!

    I used this company to install a toilet. My roof below flooded because of the job they did. They knew the problem. was theres and they refused to fox it. I was given the main person Crystal and she will avoid you over and over!!!!
