We have been a customer of Reliance for over 35 years, but have never had to replace the rental hot water tank until our recent move. The hot water tank was 7 years old and was making strange noises, so the technician, Steve, recommended a replacement tank. The whole experience was so easy, from talking to the people in the billing department to make sure our monthly rental rate would not increase, to having ANDY arrive at our house within a few days to replace the hot water tank.
Andy was so pleasant and knowledgeable, taking the time to put on shoe covers and lay down carpet to protect the floors when he brought the old tank out and the new one into the house for installation. He answered all our questions, explained what he was doing and told us that we caught the problem just in time, before the old tank broke down.
