I pay for a rental and emergency service and they say minimum 2 days before anyone can come. No hot water for two days or more. Rediculous when we are told we would have immediate response when signing up. I can understand hours but not days don't be fooled

Earlier this week our furnace started making a loud noise and since we have the furnace protection plan, we called Reliance Home Comfort to come take a look. Within only a few minutes, their technician told us we have a cracked heat exchange and that we should have our furnace replaced ASAP. He said he could test it to confirm but didn't want to make it worse so he only did a visual inspection to confirm. He also told me that there was 28 ppm of CO2 in the air and that he could call to have his sales guy talk to us about a new unit. Met with him and he quoted us a ridiculous price for a young family. We decided before making this decision we would get more quotes but also a second opinion. Turns out we do NOT have any CO2 leaking in the house and our furnace does not need to be replaced right away. Shame on you, it's people like you that give the HVAC industry a bad reputation. You better believe that we're cancelling the "protection" plan since clearly you aren't protecting us at all.

We had the ducts cleaned in our home and the two technicians were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. We were very happy with the work done and would recommend Reliance to anyone.

Getting a water softener installed by reliance home comfort was easy and affordable. Service tech was knowledgeable friendly and installed the unit in no time at all. Would definitely recommend them to others in need of a water softener.

Sporadic hot water from our rental water heater, after a number of days, led me to call for service and was advised that the technician would be available to come the same day - which I wasn't expecting! The technician, Brian ID # 2315, called prior to arriving and found that the water heater needed to have vents, etc. cleaned. He explained details in layman terms and had everything looked after in short order. So once again, hot water is available thanks to Brian's efficient service and the customer service girl's prompt appointment ! Thank you !!

We have been a customer of Reliance for over 35 years, but have never had to replace the rental hot water tank until our recent move. The hot water tank was 7 years old and was making strange noises, so the technician, Steve, recommended a replacement tank. The whole experience was so easy, from talking to the people in the billing department to make sure our monthly rental rate would not increase, to having ANDY arrive at our house within a few days to replace the hot water tank. Andy was so pleasant and knowledgeable, taking the time to put on shoe covers and lay down carpet to protect the floors when he brought the old tank out and the new one into the house for installation. He answered all our questions, explained what he was doing and told us that we caught the problem just in time, before the old tank broke down. Overall, just a great experience. Thanks so much, Andy!! :) out and the new one in.

I had prompt and courteous service from the 2 workers. They explained the repair and I trusted their workmanship. I am happy to leave this review but I do not appreciate that I have to make it 30 words minimum. If this comment works against the two gentlemen that came to my house, please let me know and I will revise. It wouldn't be fair to penalize them based on your company's protocol. Thank you.

Reliance techs - Tony & colleagues - fixed a serious water heater problem, ultimately replacing it. They were professional, helpful, friendly & resolved things to my satisfaction. Good folks. Recommended.

Dyllan (the technician) was very quick in identifying the route cause and replaced the motor in less than 10 minutes and also cleaned the sensor. Great service, amazing work ethics.
