Our hot water wasn’t working... they offered multiple options of times to come and repair and were here promptly. DJ was super friendly and professional, explained everything at a level I understood and was able to repair it quick and efficiently. Very happy with their services and our hot water again

We are renting equipment and the service call came when expected and was performed very quickly and efficiently by a pleasant technician. Very happy with our service. Everything works well and we worry about nothing. Great value.

Furnace broke down and we had no heat. They came out the next morning (we called after 5 in the evening). Assessed the problem at determined we needed a part they had to order. Next day someone came and fixed the issue. However, as it turns out we need a whole new furnace as the one we have has rust inside and is not up to code, and the guy explained that carbon monoxide gets through the rust. So another person will come out tonight to sell us a furnace . So far a decent experience. The only drawback is someone should be available 24 hours to come out especially in winter. In 2 days our house has gone down to 53 and we are freezing!!!
