The technician (Peter B) came within 2.5 hours of me calling Reliance. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did point out venting that was no longer to code and actually was leaking in 3 areas. He provided us with our options and I never felt pressured. Would highly recommend.

We have had our water heater since 2010, when we first rented it from Home Comfort, now Reliance. We are in the middle of a basement renovation and will be purchasing a water heater etc through an energy loan/grant, so have had it disconnected and inquired into getting it picked up from reliance. We were quoted $337 for it to be drained and taken away or $337 for it to be taken away even if drained. We asked why so high when reliance customers are paying approx. $65 for the same service. We were told that because our original contract was with Home Comfort and those are the terms on the contract. Well, the contract we originally signed with Home Comfort was part of the great water heater debacle where companies would go around misrepresenting who they were working with and at that time there was no recourse such as the 10 day cooling off period once you have found out they were not telling you the truth. We have called several times to see if we can get the reliance rate to have it picked up and every time they say they have to abide by the terms of the contract. Today a Reliance person actually came to pick it up without us requesting this. At first I thought it was a miracle and they had changed their mind, but after a long heated call, they said they don't know why he was there and we would still have to pay the $337 to have it picked up. The guy was there and they could have made $65 for him being there, but instead I sent him away because I will not pay for the rate in the contract that was not signed in good faith. On this basis alone I would never use Reliance. Plus the increase in cost over the almost 10 years is ridiculous.

Jordan showed up right on time. Was very efficient and personable. He reset the thermostat control and replaced the Humidifier pad. Took before and after photos of the pad. Would recommend Jordan anytime.

Today I have my ducts cleaned by Reliance. The two gentlemen arrived promptly at 1 pm. They explained what they would be doing. It was necessary to move a bookcase on the landing which they helped me with. Both men were very polite and obviously knew their jobs very well. After the work was completed, they cleaned up and left everything the way they found it. I was very impressed with their work ethic. They were a pleasure to deal with.

The service agent was very efficient and provided excellent service. He also gave good energy saving tips. I am very happy with the service provided by Reliance. Thank you! L

Very pleased with the service we received when our hot water tank needed fixing. AJ was prompt, courteous and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Reliance and the service we received.

Had a leaky old tank. DJ (service tech) evaluated and replaced with ease and expertise. Pleasant experience and very satisfied. DJ was polite and knowledgeable and friendly. 10 out of 10!

I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Reliance concerning my hot water tank. The representative on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The service technician, Ron, was very timely, courteous, and respectful. He was very efficient and thorough with the installation of the new tank. I would strongly recommend him and Reliance to friends and family.
