    Reliance Home Comfort - annual service maintenance

    The technician (Nick B) was very friendly, pleasant and efficient. Thank you for your service. Look forward to future maintenance with Reliance Home Comfort. Happy with Reliance overall - from service call centre to dispatch to technician.

    Run the other way.

    We had (UN)Reliance install a new furnace, airconditioner and humidifier with a communicating thermostat about 2 years ago. Its been a nightmare ever since. Every season change, something fails. One technician after another will roll in, order a boat load of parts that will be installed over 2 or three more visits. One noted that the fan was installed in reverse, the humidifier was leaking water into the furnance, the thermostat was going through batteries by the month. These issues have been ongoing, no one takes responsibility for the lack of service and for the most part, the technicians were subcontractors that could not give a hoot about the company or their reputation. Its a season change again, so the humidifier, thermostat and the (?) panel packed up. Installed new parts over three visits, left the humidifier leaking on the floor and resolved it by what appears to be shutting off the water supply. Booking another day to sit around and wait for a technician to come tell me that what the previous three did was completely wrong, fiddle around, order some parts, and so on and so forth. The only advice I have, is go elsewhere, anywhere. When things go wrong - there just is no fixing it, and they don't seem to care.

    Cold shower

    Ran out of hot water one night and back up and running the next. Had a good choice of service times. Martin arrived on time worked quickly and very courteous.

    New Furnace

    Really happy with the service, efficient and friendly staff. Explained the products and the cost savings very well and was very informative. Thank you very much for the best service.

    Hot water tang replace

    Our water tank was getting old. We asked to have it replaced. It was done promptly. However, by husband left the house and when I came back home their was accumulation of water coming from the water heater. I was really upset. I missed my appointment waiting for an other technician to fix the leak. To my eyes , this is poor workmanship. I have to say that the technician who fix the problem seems to be very knowledgeable. He was the most friendly and patient worker. He certainly gets what great customer service is. He saved the day. We will get in contact we the office to further discuss Our concerns with the installer. Thank you.

    Water Heater

    The representative Andy was very helpful and fixed the problem with our hot water heater , he also recommended that we add a water softener to the system due to the hard water build-up that was causing the problems which we did , very friendly , respectful , and hard working associate , good work ethic . overall a good experience

    Water Heater

    I was very happy with the service provided by the technician today. Saleem ID# 2467 was a very friendly person and professional at the same time and discussed with me the problems and explained what he was going to do. He quickly got my problem solved. I thank him for that.

    Furnace

    I was extremely happy with the service I got today. Cory was very knowledgable and explained my problem without being condescending. He made me realize that I might need to upgrade my system without pushing which I really appreciated. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

    My New furnace

    Humidifier on Furnace

    The technician (Peter B) came within 2.5 hours of me calling Reliance. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did point out venting that was no longer to code and actually was leaking in 3 areas. He provided us with our options and I never felt pressured. Would highly recommend.
