    Yearly Furnace Maintenance

    Reliance performed our yearly furnace maintenance Nov 2019. The technician was friendly and informative. All work was performed in a timely manner and one minor additional query (ticking noise when furnace is running) was addressed and appears to be resolved. We were well satisfied with this service!

    Furnace repair

    They are very professional and knowledgable I will recommend their services. They are always on time and most of the time have the spare parts without having to order it and waiting a week or so

    Water heater installed

    Andy came from reliance told me my water heater over heated and blew up showed me the peices from the inside and said its a style they order now and usally Don’t have in stock but he came threw and got it same day got us up in running in no time. Definitely recommending him to others !

    Water heater installed

    Andy was amazing and super friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else! He explained everything and worked hard for us to get hot water and heat back ASAP.

    Service

    Lawrence was great! He called ahead before he came and was very polite and explained the issues and what he did to fix it. He came on time and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Thank you!

    Reliance Service

    Replacement of a new Furnace and air conditioner with High Tech Motor, Humidifier and next day installation and discount. Amir Kargar did a great job to explain the details of the furnace replacement and payment options.

    New Hot Water Tank

    The Service Technician, Lucas, was very quick, courteous , and efficient with replacing our hot water tank. I was very satisfied with the services provided from Reliance and would highly recommend.

    Furnace not working

    Our furnace stopped working 3 days ago. The temperature outside was -4C. We have contacted the call centre many times over the weekend and again today and they are still unable to get in contact with a service man. There seems to be no urgency from the company on whole to ensure our furnace is working before the really cold weather comes by the end of the week. This experience so far has depleted my faith in Reliance and I am very concerned that if something like this were to happen in -20C we would have big problems. I will never get another Reliance product again.

    Furnace repair

    We just had Keith the techniain from reliance home comfort come by to repair our furnace, I must say he was very informative, he took the time to explain and show me what the issues were and what must be done, He tested everything for us as well to make sure that we were satisfied. Thank you so much Keith for making us aware of what was happening with the furnace.

    New hot water tank

    The tech was on time, courteous , very clean and knowledgeable , he didn’t mind me asking questions and chatting while he worked, He put mats down in the house to protect our floor , An overall excellent experience
