    Valve change

    Thanks to Dyllan, gas technician with Relliance, for his service and expertise this morning. He located the issue right away, made the change, gave us a suggestion to think about for our water heater issue. Thanks again.

    Broken Furnace

    Our furnace was making strange noises. We called Reliance and some one was at our house by that afternoon. We needed a new fan motor and the technician, Joe, asked if we had taken the 10 year warranty as we had the furnace installed less than 10 years ago. Turns out that we were covered by warranty. Thank you, Joe for reminding us to check it out!

    Water Heater Replacement

    The service was friendly, helpful and fast. The technician (Garen) arrived early (before the scheduled 10-2 time slot), was friendly and polite, diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly, and got right to work getting the job done. Surprisingly, a new water heater was in before lunch and ready to go. Thank you!

    I called for a quote & had same day service then had the installation completed 2 days later. They were knowledgable, efficient, & friendly. I would highly recommend there services.

    Hot water tank

    Reverse Osmosis water filter

    We had a very good experience in arranging for the installation of a water filter in our home this week. Cristina made the process simple and straightforward, plus arranging for the installation booking. She was helpful and informed. Quick turnaround on the installation.

    Yearly Furnace maintenace November 06, 2019.

    Yearly Furnace maintenance was done November 06, 2019. Chris the Technician was friendly and professional. All work was performed in a timely manner. Excellent Service, I will recommend Reliance to Family and Friends. Thanks again Chris!

    Leaking hot water tank

    We had leakage from the hot water tank. I called toll free junver and was told that a tech would come within 4 hours. Tech Andy came in 2 hours only and was quick to find that the drain valve was leaking, not the tank. He put on a new drain valve and a new sensor and fixed the issue. After Andy left and I mopped the floor, I saw more water on the floor. I called back and Andy promptly replied and assured me that it was water caught in the tank due to leak and should dry out in max 3 days. I am going to keep an eye on the leak for 72 hours. Overall very good service

    Friendly service

    Two team members came to do routine maintenance on the unit and were friendly and informative. They showed me how to clean the filters myself and were finished within 20minutes.

    Furnace repair

    When my furnace stopped working I called Reliance..easy to set up. Came on time. Went the extra mile to go get a part. Would definitely use them again. Very happy
