I had a clogged sink. Reliance sent their repair guys out and had me fixed in no time. I was very impressed by the quality of the work they did and they even reconfigured my pipes for a more efficient set up. We are so thankful and we would recommend their services to anyone.

Water heater tank was leaking from a valve on the side and the guys from Reliance came on time and fixed it in 10 min. Excellent efficient service like always

Reliance recently installed a new furnace, air conditioner and a water heater in my home. I was so impressed with the service I received, from beginning to end, my experience with the sales and service people at Reliance was excellent. They were knowledgeable about the equipment, courteous, and skilled in each of their jobs, helping me choose the best system for my home. My thanks to Kristen for the initial service call for diagnosing the furnace problem and having Brad In Sales contact me immediately. A big thank you to Brad for answering my many questions, and for putting together my sales package and organizing the installation. Everything went smoothly thanks to your efforts. Lastly my thanks to the install technicians, John and his co-worker for the great job they did removing the old equipment & exhaust piping, and installing the new. You both worked tirelessly to get the job done, explained how everything works and left my home clean as it was when you arrived. We found out our humidifier was leaking after 1 year installation. Called Reliance, and they sent some one to look at the problem within 24 hrs. Replaced the filter pad and resolved the problem in 5 mins. They are very professional and helpful. I'm absolutely satisfied with their services.

I recently assisted my grandmother with some furnace problems. After 2 calls the boiler was found to be unrepairable. Because of the nature of the furnace necessary it took a few days to get one in stock. Our representative Alec was fantastic, and made sure we were fully up to date with the timeline of the installation. The team was there early, did a great job of plumbing the system in, were kind and courteous, and above all clean. We are fully satisfied with the service we received.

They are a great company. Ken is a very friendly knowledgeable sales man. He is also not pushy. He give you the info you need and let's you decide what to do with it. He also answers any and all questions that you have. The man that installed the units was very good and cleaned up after himself.

Tyrell was very professional and punctual. Got the job done, very satisfied. I would definitely recommend reliance to anyone in need of a hvac service. It was also quick and easy to get someone to come look at the problem, they got Tyrell to come the next day. Thanks reliance

My husband and I went to get a credit a product at the bank and when they pulled our information we were told that there was a lien on our property for over $16,000. When we looked into it, we found out that it was because we rented our furnace through Reliance. When we had the sales rep out to our house we told him we wanted to purchase the furnace and a/c unit but he told us that if we rented we wouldn't have to pay for repairs or service so we decided to save money to rent it. That was the biggest mistake we've ever made! After contacting the company, I was very rudely told that I should've read the paperwork properly and that it's my problem. So beware if you are renting or considering renting. They will put a lien on your home and no one will tell you until it's way too late!

I have had the same technician for 2 separate hot water tank issues at 2 separate apartments. He has been very courteous and professional. He knows his stuff. In all my years of renting from them, I’ve never had a problem with any Reliance technicians or staff when there is been an issue with the product. They stand behind their products and have knowledgable staff.
