The guys who came were very polite and worked quickly with no disruption to my day. They did not try to up sell anything and we’re honest when I asked about if I needed to clean my ducts.

We had Mike from Reliance visit us today to inspect our furnace. He was friendly, efficient, and did a great Job. Mike inspected the furnace, wrote down the filter number for us for the furnace and the humidifier. He also gave us a recommendation for a person who could inspect our two gas fireplaces, and our gas stove. Mike is a first class employee that you have who was extremely obliging to anything we asked him even though it was not to do with furnaces.

I was having issues with my furnace and had two Reliance technicians come check it out. The first one dealt with the symptoms but didn't diagnose the problem properly so we still had issues after several days. The second technician took his time and provided a thorough explanation with advice on how to maintain the furnace. He suggested cutting the pipe on the side of the house to reduce some condensation that may have been causing the problem. However, the furnace problem came back within a week and a half. When he suggested cutting the pipe, he said it shouldn't affect the next door neighbours, however they have complained about the shorter pipe blowing at them when walking through the laneway. After the third call to Reliance, the same technician from the first visit came back and diagnosed it as a switch issue and advised us to buy the maintenance plan and that he would order the required part and come back and perform the maintenance when we were eligible after 21 days of buying the plan. 21 days have passed, called to get maintenance, the person on the phone said we didn't buy the plan that included the maintenance and that it'd be an extra $10/month and another 21 day wait period. In conclusion, Reliance is a terrible company. Find someone else.

I called on a Saturday, the technician arrived on a Monday, they quickly identified the broken part, they had the part with them, and they made the repair the same day.

My heat and hot water systems are not working properly. I then called the Reliance for repair service this morning and I got a prompt repair at this afternoon. The technician Mr Amir called me this afternoon and then come at the appointed time. Mr Amir conducted thorough inspection and then launched repairs to the systems. Furthermore, he also checked whether there was gas leakage and also reminded me of the necessity to have one carbon dioxide detector for each floor for safety reason. I found Mr. Amir's service most helpful and warm. I do not need to pay as the whole heating system is a rental one and repair service is included and rendered by Reliance.

Upon moving to our new house, we decided to switch out our old furnace and AC with sparkling new units. Frank provided us with valuable and detailed information. The installation team worked efficiently, neatly and were professional and courteous throughout the visit. We are thrilled we chose Reliance and have only great things to say about our experience.

Excellent service. The company is responsible for the cost because we are under rentals. The technician came on time and was able to service the appliances and made it work again.

I have a 19 yr old furnace. When we went to turn it on Thursday air blowing out was super cool causing temp in house to go to ten degrees. A little disappointed that reliance cud not come out til Saturday morning. Friday evening it was too cold in this house so I remember the customer service lady from reliance say be sure to check for dust in vents coming from furnace. With a clean out of dust build up the furnace kicked on. Yet I still had repairman take a look Saturday due to furnace age.

The service I received from customer service was excellent. I called late last night for a service call to my house. An appointment was booked for the next day, less than 24 hours. Ruel came to our house promptly within the time he was scheduled to. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly. Call was completed, and he fixed everything! Very happy with the excellent service by Ruel!

George & Kyle were awesome! Very polite, patient and professional! They answered/explained all of my questions and the work they did. Gave me some sound advice and made me believe that they took pride in their work. If all of your technicians carry themselves the way these guys do, your company is bound for success.. There's several attributes that create customer retention and customer service is on the top of that list.. These guys got it nailed!.. Many can learn from them. Keep up the great work!
