    Hot Water Tank Service

    We had a pressure issue in our water tank late at night. A technician arrived within the hour. He was very courtious and knowledgable. The issue was repaired in no time.

    Service

    Water heater broke down. Repair man ordered a part. Reliance customer service was dishonest by saying that the part was shipped. Part didn’t come. Next day they assure us that part was shipped. Again part didn’t come. When repairman called parts company they said they never shipped the part because they were out of stock. Unbelievable. 1 week without hot water. Reliance dishonest. Very poor service. What’s the point of going with reliance if they can’t do what they are contracted to do!?

    Service

    The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem quite quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. Before he left, he made sure that my furnace was working properly

    Change of warer heater

    Excellent service by the technicians who examined and changed the water heater at my home. Polite, professional, and with a positive attitude. They are a valuable asset to your company.

    Hot water service call

    Had a technician come out to service my rental hot water tank. He was fantastic. It's such a shame that the reliance all center is so awful because most of their service technicians are fantastic. If the call center people were as great as the technicians then I'd certainly consider additional services from reliance. But unfortunately the call center setup and service is so horrible that I would never ever buy anything additional from this company.

    Hot water Tank

    My hot water tap was blocked on sunday so i was not getting any water only from the cold tap, after a few hours the blockage was release Reliance came on Tuesday and Mike the Technician realize what was happening and did some maintenance and change the plastic pipe said it could happen again, everything was great that made me happy.. Thanks Mike...

    Furnace check-up

    Received a furnace check-up at a reduced rate of $89 plus tax. The service was friendly and efficient. Now I feel safe in turning my furnace on this winter. Great service, highly recommended.

    Water heater service

    Pleased with the service received thus far, had kharran come out and check out our water heater. Service tech was very fast and friendly. Waiting for parts to arrive for installation.

    Water Softener

    The consultant that came to my home and explained the purpose and the use of WATER SOFTENER unit for the filtration of water throughout the home. He was COURTEOUS and well-mannered. He was knowledgable in his field of water filtration concept. He was also very thorough as he observed my basement home equipment and made very experienced suggestions as how to care for the home equipment. He was overall very professional and very thorough. His stay was less than 20 minutes but I am very satisfied with his explanations.

    Furnace Repair

    Very fortunate to be on the protection Plan which saved me a onetime outlay of expenses for furnace repairs including replacement of a circuit board and reinstallion of water drainage lines. Technicians were thorough in diagnosing issue with Board and providing a satisfactory service.
