George & Kyle were awesome! Very polite, patient and professional! They answered/explained all of my questions and the work they did. Gave me some sound advice and made me believe that they took pride in their work. If all of your technicians carry themselves the way these guys do, your company is bound for success.. There's several attributes that create customer retention and customer service is on the top of that list.. These guys got it nailed!.. Many can learn from them. Keep up the great work!

The technician carefully removed the existing exhaust pipe from the furnace. Measure and cut the new pipe as required. Install the new piping from the furnace to the outside, including glued to all the joints. When instillation was completed the technician check for leakage and test for carbon monoxide and found that the system was in good working conditions and there was no carbon monoxide in the home. I was very satisfied with the work done. I also would to thank Daren and the technician Muhammad for fixing this problem.

Chris was fantastic. He was very polite and helpful. Took the time to answer all my questions. He took care of the furnace and set up an appointment for my water heater to save me the trouble.

We had survice booked for Oct. 10th. The service man was really nice and explained things to us to make our furnace last longer. I had been running the fan continuously and he explained what could happen if it fails. Answered all our questions, very polite and sure did not mind him coming into our home, took his shoes off right away. Excellent service, with the comfort plan which includes getting everything checked out once a year. Our order # was 1580740. I would give a 10 out of 10 rating

Kyle was great. He was prompt and on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under 20 minutes. Because the water heater is a rental there was no charge which was also great. Every time I have called Reliance for service they have always delivered top notch service.
