    Quick, friendly service

    Called in that hot water not working. Early the next morning had someone come by to fix it! He was on time and very friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it.

    Quick fix to our hot water problem

    We had no hot water this morning, and called Reliance. Very quick response to our phone call. Spare parts arrived the next day, and within a few more hours, hot water was flowing from the taps. The technician was polite, left the place clean and was very effective and efficient.

    Technician was AMAZING!

    Technician (and assistant) replaced furnace humidifier. Fast, easy, efficient. Tech was super professional and super polite. Truly impressed! Very easy to work with. Sorry, didn’t get Tech’s name but he was great

    Furnace service

    Service rep was organized, polite, on time and did a great job. Gave us honest opinion on our furnace. Would recommend Reliance to anyone who needs service on furnace or water heater, very pleased with service.

    Furnace and ac inspection

    The service tech Jacob employee # 110885 did a great job and is indeed a credit to the company. I will for sure request him on any service needs from Reliance in the future. Keep up the good quality service.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Andy recognized the problem was bigger than I thought , he replaced the hot water tank in less than 24 hours .. very friendly customer service from both the customer service rep , and the technician.

    Furnace/ A/C service

    I had the service man come by the house today for my annual HVAC service. He was on time and knowledgeable. He checked everything he was supposed to check and gave some advice as to how I could improve the lifespan of some of my equipment. Excellent job overall.

    Great Job

    Technician was extremely experienced, pleasant and professional. Inspection was very thorough and he took the time to explain settings on the thermostat and certain maintenance upkeep. Technicians should be on boarded by him, first class!

    Water heater replacement

    Service was great. ? Great job, clean & tidy, and very informative. ? Will definately continue service. ? Love that they take care of my water heater & offer a replacement when necessary.

    Fixed issue and cleared ckde

    I had Leith come over to clear a code that my furnace service company should have taken care of. He let me know that but did the work anyways knowing that it would be a hassle for me to deal with the other company. Finished the work in about 10 minutes and told me what he was doing, very knowledgable guy.
