    Excellent Service Call

    I had my furnace and Air Conditioner serviced by Reliance this month. Service person (Ryan) was extremely thorough and polite, he went the extra mile with my furnace. Well done!

    Water tank

    I had no hot water. Checked the water tank and explained everything. The representative was very professional and friendly. It was repaired in a timely fashion and I was very satisfied. Thank you Jaclyn!!

    Hot water tank repair

    Great service. Took less then a hour to get the repair done. The service tec phone us to give a heads up on timing. Was here when he said he was. Very nice to work with.

    Quick, easy, polite

    Excellent technician that was polite, quick and knowledgeable. Replaced pipe for kitchen/laundry drain. Informed me beforehand of issues, no hidden costs and left the job clean. Would recommend for future issues.

    Plumbing

    Reliance is a great service and glad that we signed up with them. They are reliable and knowledgeable staff that take pride in their work. I highly recommend using them for your home maintenance.

    Service Call

    Service call occurred the same day as contacting support line. The technician explained the problem in a clear manner and he determined the problem quickly and fixed it immediately. Great service!

    Service check of the furnace before turning on for season

    The Service tech was professional and informative. Answered all my questions and was pleasant. Appreciated he didn’t try to sell me anything beyond what was already part of my service.

    Water heater tank

    The Technician did a very well job. He is friendly, courteous and professional. He changed our water heater in a timely fashion manner. Explain to me how the equipment works, even went into the distance of fixing an existing lower gas vent. i can't thank him enough.

    Furnace inspection

    Tech was on time from phone call. Polite and informative. A 21 point inspection was completed with a couple of small issues which were rectified. A thorough cleaning. Appreciate the service.
