    water heater problem

    Such great customer service! Jason was very thorough and professional I was very pleased. He was on time and very respectful and pleasant! I was impressed since this was my first experience with this company

    service rental hot water tank

    Thorough, polite, and friendly. I wish all service people were as pleasant to deal with. I have to have at least thirty words for this review so this makes 30.

    Heating

    My heating was not working properly. So I called Reliance Home Comfort. They send their employees who finished the job very well. I am very much satisfied with their job.

    HVAC

    Anatoly was very well versed and knowledgable about the heaing and air conditioning. He came in very early at 7am which was good since i was able to bring my son to school after. Service call ID # 1624579.

    Service call

    I had a problem with my air conditioning unit. The technician arrived on time and was able to diagnose my issue quickly he had the part in this truck change the part was able to get my air conditioning unit up and running within the hour. Would recommend the service of Reliance to everyone

    Leaking Water Heater Repair

    Andy was wonderful to deal with today. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained the service he was providing in clear detail and he was quick to exchange our leaking water heater without hesitation. It was is evident that Andy cares greatly about customer service in his attitude and demeanour.

    Inspection for winter start up

    Reliance Home Comfort came to inspect my furnace for winter start up. He was really helpful and knowledgeable and provided explanation of what he was doing each step of the way.

    Heater repair

    Wes provides very professional and good services. He explains every step clearly and give me tips to handle next time for the same thing happen. Of course with any doubt call them right away to book for services.

    Furnace Installation

    Our reliance company here was prompt and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the energy deals on the their website. they were prompt in arranging the installation which the crew did an exceptional job. Very pleased with the whole process.

    Repair water heater

    Water heater was shutting off. Tech knew exactly what problem was, cleaned burner and flame rod. Restarted water heater and it works well. Says will get better combustion after the burner was cleaned.
