    Great experience, the technician was both friendly and competant. I did nrot pay for the visit as it was covered by my reliance comfort plan. I will recommend this service to anyone.

    Reliable

    Reachable 24/7; appointments within 24 of call; technicians are knowledgeable, inform you of your options, and resolve the issue. Have used the company for over 15 years and find their protection plans affordable and suited for various needs/budgets. Being a Reliance customer gives me peace of mind.

    Plumbing

    The guys that came in were great Lucas AndBrian were awesome polite n knew there job. They are great I would recommend then well your word count is to many lol they are awesome

    yearly maintenance comfort program included in rental

    i was fully satisfied with Reid's professional manner in thoroughly doing a check on our reliance AC and Furnace unit.He was knowledgeable, polite , answered all questions and made recommendations for bettering the unit's performance.

    Excellent service

    A Pleasant and caring technician who did a thorough cleaning of my furnace and did a year end cleaning of my air conditioning. A service call in which he took extra time ensuring I was satisfied and knew the condition of my equipment.

    That's Customer Service!

    The Reliance employee needed only 10- 15 min to assess and fix the problem with our AC. Dave, was pleasant, friendly and very professional even with our 75 lb obnoxious dog bothering him. When jokingly asked if he did plumbing Dave let us know about Reliance's interesting plumbing and electrical plans which are not advertised on the web page. Also, we discussed the advantaged of replacing both AC and heater at the same time (when the time comes). Excellent service!!

    Tim the plumber was fantastic

    Sewage area. Tim did all diagnostic and advised accordingly. He was professional and explained process as he was working. I would recommend Tim and reliance team especially in emergencies. Thanks.

    Slow tub drain in Wallaceburg

    Very friendly and a professional tech ( Ron). Completed job in less than 30 minutes. He covered his shoes prior to entering our home and explained what he was doing and how to prevent the problem in the future. I would highly recommend this service to my family and friends. We won’t hesitate to call Reliance for anything we need help with. Excellent customer service, 10 out of 10!!

    Hot Water Heater

    The technician explained what he was doing and why. He arrived earlier than expected and had the problem solved in 20 min. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. Very satisfied

    Annual service

    Excellent service from nick. He was in completing the annual service. We had questions about the new best that we purchased, which we able to answer. We also had questions regarding our furnace age and he was able to advise on the current status of the furnace and provide us with a the name of a sales rep if we wanted to discuss replacement. It was a great experience even though I heard that we may want to look into replacement options given the age of the furnace
