    Not recommended!

    Reliance Home Comfort....not at all home comfort! For 2 whole weeks they refused to fix a broken water heater because of their own billing error! All bills were up to date PAID! My two children had to use cold water for two weeks and you call yourselves HOME COMFORT!

    Water heating tank Replacement

    Our water heating tank leaked last Sunday called Reliance and was booked for a replacement on Monday September 25, 2023. Technicians Ashraf and Omar arrived at 6:20PM by 8:00PM job was done and heated water running. Awesome job by the guys sent by Reliance. Highly skilled and certified hvac techinicians. Im extremely satisfied with the service of this company. Never fail to provide service when needed and in times of emergency. I highly recommend Reliance. To Ashraf and Omar thank you for your professional service installing our new water heating tank and an added gas pipe repair at a very minimal cost.

    plumbing

    Mathew Tucker was the plumber for Reliance. He went out of his way to go to a few different stores to get a part for my toilet, and showed me the problem that needed to be fixed. He was very efficient, and professional and went above and beyond to fix the plumbing issue with my toilet. He also helped with a small issue with the shower without my prompting. Excellent service!

    Softener and Water Heater

    I don't know why there is a good review on this company but I notice no google reviews, google is too transparent. AVOID This Reliance Home Comfort Company At ALL Cost, Consider yourself warned!

    Air Conditioning Repair

    Had issues with cooling with my 8 year old Reliance installed Air Conditioner. There were two service visits required. During the first visit the technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. At first there was an issue with the AC unit still being under warranty. The technician reviewed my paperwork and confirmed that it was a warranty repair. The part arrived in a few days and the second technician came within two days to complete the repair. The service was excellent by Reliance from the initial phone call for service to the repair technicians performing the repair work. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone looking for HVAC or water heater equipment or service. Thanks.

    Electrical Work in Sudbury

    Van (sudbury department) came to my property promptly on demand and changed, repaired and inspected all the plugs, switches, receptacles and provided great feedback. He was very respectful and very efficient. We do have a yearly package with Reliance and they are very quick and easy to work with. Highly recommend! Thanks Van!

    Water softener installation

    Annual Furnace maintenance

    We just had our annual maintenance on the furnace and everything was good..No complaints about the service

    Called, emailed for months and never returned a call

    I have spent 5 months calling, emailing and asking questions since their rebate program where I asked if the product they said they installed was in fact the product I received because I was told by the energy auditor it wasnt the product I was told I was getting. I keep asking the same questions and they dont want to respond at all. Completely unprofessional. Im embarrassed that I bought a product from reliance at this point. I feel like I was told a story that was suspicious and they just waited me out. Over and over Ive been told theyll contact me in 3-5 business days and its guaranteed and they just havent done that. All I am doing is asking questions about what I was told I was getting and what was installed and they wont answer that simple question. Almost six months now and its clear if I want an answer, I need to file in small claims.
