    Top of the line service

    Technician was prompt. Arrived masked and wore booties. Was respectful in conversation. When I had a question, he was unsure and called his manager. I find that commendable as he didn't just feed me a line of nonsense, he searched for the correct answer. Highly recommend!

    Humidifier diagnostic

    Courteous technician replaced faulty part that was installed. He respected our space by wearing booties to cover his outdoor shoes and explained what was wrong with the equipment. Overall satisfied.

    AC repair and replace

    Exceptionally quick turnaround from initial service visit to sales visit to installation, in the midst of a brutal heat wave. Everyone involved was extremely professional, clear about costs and benefits of different systems.

    Vahid is the best plumber that they have out there

    Vahid was very PROFICIENT, EFFICIENT AND DILIGENT with fixing my pipes. I will definitely RELI on Vahid to fix my plumbing issues in the future.

    Fixed ac capacitor

    Reliance has a very knowledgeable and friendly tech working in my area. Whenever I have an issue, he tends to have the right idea before he even gets here. I bought a house that was renting the furnace and a/c units from Reliance, and so I was initially wary with dealing with them...but I have learned since that they are friendly, reliable and not expensive at all. Thanks again for your help today, Reliance tech guy! ( I am horrible with names, but you've been to my house several times)

    Dylan and Craig - could not ask for better service or nicer guys

    Dylan and Craig came today to fix my A/C - the hottest day of the summer so I really needed the help. I am a person with a heart issue so these days are tough. Not only were they able to troubleshoot the problem but went above and beyond to resolve my issue. They went out to the store and bought me a new filter for AC and came back and installed it because they knew I could not manage the stairs right now to do it myself. Thank you guys - you really helped me out and I appreciate your help. They represent their company very well and will be a repeat customer.

    Next level service

    Found out our Hot Water Tank was leaking at night. We called and booked an appointment for the technician to come in the morning. Before 12pm that day we had a new Hot Water Tank. Amazing service.

    Air conditioner

    Worst service I ever had with a company. They sold us a broken A.C unit that broke in a day. Not to mention the 40 degree heat wave we had to suffer with. The service guy sucks. No one showed up yet to fix it.

    Repair of Central Air Conditioning

    Technician was on time, correctly assessed the problem, left to get the part needed, returned within the hour and completed repairs. Outside temperature was 34... house was cooler very soon after.

    Hot water heater

    Our hot water heater broke down and I was glad I had the heating and cooling insurance with Reliance. The Technician, Sky was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Would definitely recommend this Technician and Reliance.
