AC
AC was installed by Reliance on a Friday and stopped working on the Tuesday. I called the service Department and she was quick to schedule an appointment with a Technician. She told me to turn off the AC and turn the furnace fan on. When I asked why she wanted me to turn on the fan she advised that this was her advice, but could not explain why.
When I asked to escalate due to frustration with just shelling out the funds for an AC that is not working she initially told me to call again the next day. When I asked again to escalate she placed me on a roughly 30 minute hold and said someone would call me within 72 hours.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the Reliance product and overall experience with their call centre
