I had my air conditioner and furnace replaced. The men arrived promptly at 8:30. They put a mat out running from the front door to the basement door to ensure there was no mud/dirt/debris tracked into the house. I was walked through all the work that was going to take place. It was completed in a timely manner. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend the team. The team also includes Rick. He got everything started by coming over and informing me what needed to be done at my place, and how he, and his team, could help. I am very pleased with how everything turned out!!

AC was installed by Reliance on a Friday and stopped working on the Tuesday. I called the service Department and she was quick to schedule an appointment with a Technician. She told me to turn off the AC and turn the furnace fan on. When I asked why she wanted me to turn on the fan she advised that this was her advice, but could not explain why. When I asked to escalate due to frustration with just shelling out the funds for an AC that is not working she initially told me to call again the next day. When I asked again to escalate she placed me on a roughly 30 minute hold and said someone would call me within 72 hours. I am very disappointed with the quality of the Reliance product and overall experience with their call centre

My old furnace/AC crapped out during a heatwave & after repeated technician visits I decided to replace them. I had the Comfort Plus Program so the labour didn’t cost me anything. Bill & Natalie arrived early Friday July 19/19 ready to work hard. They stayed at my house for 11 hrs working in +30 Celsius temps to ensure I would have A/C by the time they left. They are very hard workers who really know what they are doing. Natalie took on the a/c unit by herself working mostly outside all day 40 Celsius humidity. They went above & beyond when I needed a/c as I had a several days long migraine. I would highly recommend both Bill & Natalie to anyone needing work done on their furnace/a/c units. They were simply amazing workers.

Our hot water tank was leaking. We called Reliance Heating and cooling repair, and the next day they were able to come and assess and then reinstall our entire hot water tank. Our technician Andy was very thorough with his information, and explained up front that there would be extra cost for the new pipe installation. He worked very efficiently and explained everything after the work was done. I highly recommend this company.

Had the pleasure of meeting Sherry - Technical expert again this afternoon to fix our AC. As usual her service was extremely timely and professional. Sherry was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her expertise earns her more than a 5star rating. She is definitely an asset to Reliance in London Ontario

My hot water tank stopped working. I called Reliance and got an appointment for the same day. Jonathan came within the first two hours of the apointment window. He explained the problem as he fixed it which I appreciated. Thank you!

Water heater quit working. The technician came on Sunday morning to repair it. He was very friendly, efficient, and obviously very experienced, as he found the problem immediately, and had it fixed within minutes. Very impressive! Thanks for the awesome customer service!

We had guests coming for dinner and our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Our Reliance/Holmes service technician, Nino, went above and beyond the call of duty to obtain a new board for our fan motor including asking a supplier to open up on a Saturday so that we could get the part ASAP. We are grateful for Nino's efforts and for our membership in the Reliance maintenance plan.

Service techncian was very friendly and explained what was the problem with my hot water heater and then changed the faulty part with new one. Thanks for the help !

Had reliance out to do a repair on our AC unit. I called at 130pm and the technician arrived within the hour. He had to go get a part but even with the time it took to do that it was all fixed and good to go within 3 hours. Our technician Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Saved us from the heat! Thanks Josh! Great job!
