Dennis came by within the hour checked the tank and ordered a replacement. Also scheduled the work to be done the same day. Mr.. Spooner the technician came by within 1/2 hour and it was all replaced quickly. Great service especially for a Sunday call.

I'm editing this review as the manager in charge reached out to me to review the situation and take necessary action. I will uofate this review accordingly. Thanks for the prompt reply. ----- I've been a client for Reliance for more than 2.5 years and paying monthly subscription since then. They have very confusing rules about what is covered and what is not covered. I was told that if there is a leak in a pipe which is behind drywall I have to make sure it is uncovered to allow the plumber to do the repair job. They did, however, solve a couple of drain blockage problems which I could have taken care of myself. I scheduled an appointment and I arranged to cut the drywall in two place on scheduled date for the plumber to do the repair job. I waited from 8am 1pm and no one showed up. I called reliance 3 times and they confirmed that everything is in order. The 4th time I called, they told me the plumber called me and arrived at my house, and no one replied. This is not true. I am completely unsatisfied about the company plumbing services and the confusing rules which can be interpreted differently by different persons.

We had two installers come in for an install and they were awesome. Very courteous, kind and professional. Super friendly and even were super kind to my dogs. I would definately reccomend

The service call was excellent but was delayed because of high number of maintenance calls even though I had requested a delay myself and was told nothing was available until the end of August.

A leaky valve was the issue. The Reliance rep was quick to diagnose and resolve the issue in less than 10 min. He was very quick, prompt and courteous! Much appreciated!

I had a 25 year old air-conditioner and wanted to replace it. Since I had my furnace installed by and am renting the hot-water tank from Reliance and since I have had a great experience with all the service calls, I decided to get it done by Reliance. I am so happy that I did this because the two technicians who came were both extremely skilled, ready to answer all my questions and were thorough gentlemen and extremely nice to talk to. I was really impressed with their expertise and they finished the installation within the estimated time even though I had asked them to do some additional tasks for my own satisfaction. I give them both 100 out of 100 plus my gratitude. I was indeed impressed also to see that the two Reliance officers, a Home Comfort advisor and the local Manager also paid visits. This shows how much Reliance cares for its customers.

Our a.c. was acting up so we contacted reliance to determine the problem. The technician, Omari, advised us that the compressor was going and that it wasn't worth fixing because it would cost almost as much as a new a.c. unit. He also advised us that the part might not be available given the age and type of unit we had. He also advised us that it would leak if we kept running it, which it had already done. Omari was very honest and helpful and advised that we could get a new unit installed for about $3,000.00. He set up an appointment for a sales rep for the next day for us. The sales rep Luciano was just as helpful and did not try to up sell us. And the new unit will be installed tomorrow.

Troy was very thorough cleaning the a/c and furnace. Assured me the furnace is in good working order for the winter. He was very informative and helpful, obviously is very knowledgeable about his work.

noticed the water heater leaking (rental unit), called Reliance around noon and by 2.40pm same day water heater was replaced, everything was done in the best way possible. great service! professional technician.

I had my air conditioner and furnace replaced. The men arrived promptly at 8:30. They put a mat out running from the front door to the basement door to ensure there was no mud/dirt/debris tracked into the house. I was walked through all the work that was going to take place. It was completed in a timely manner. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend the team. The team also includes Rick. He got everything started by coming over and informing me what needed to be done at my place, and how he, and his team, could help. I am very pleased with how everything turned out!!
