    Water Softener

    Well satisfied with the installation process. The lady was professional and quick and very friendly. Well pleased with the job done.

    The worst expense ever, and they are billing me for their bad job $336

    I had the worst experience with this company. My electricity has been tripping for a months, it took Reliance 2 weeks to show up and they sent me an inexperience Technician. He knew nothing. He checked the electrical box and could not determined what the problem was, he found 2 faulty breakers, but decided not to change them, after calling Epcor twice and changing the main breaker, which involved inspector etc, a whole day of a gong show, the problem was not resolved, until Epcor advised me to tell him to change the faulty breakers and to check the green wire and tighten screw, which he did after many calls to the office. the problem was resolved after changing the faulty breakers and tightening loose screws on the green wire. Now I received a bill of $326 for changing the main breaker, which I am disputing. I tried to call them for several times to discuss this invoice, for some reason they are hiding, no one wats to talk to me, I sent a letter to the president's office and they told me they were investigating, still no one talk to me, just emailing the invoice. I will repost to inform you all of the outcome, to be honest I had excellent experience with some of their technicians, I do not understand what changes are happening in the company , all I can say it was not good.I will be back to let you know about the outcome.

    Heat pump

    Andy was amazing at laying out the options for a heat pump and the reason why it was necessary. Really enjoyed the experience.

    Exaggerators, Swindlers and Peddlers

    Reliance convinced my demented 88 year old father in law to sign up for a "Rental" furnace that'll "only cost him $100 / month" NOT realizing it was for 7 YEARS! A normal furnace costs $4000 INSTALLED. To buy out this contract it cost almost $8000. When I called them to complain, they said "there was nothing they could do". They will also put a LIEN on your property and the next owner will have to either pay out the "contract" or continue the payments. Modern day loan sharking and swindling. GF'd. I will do everything in my power to educate my neighbours on how bad this company is. And I will not rest until I "review" them any where and every where I can.

    Rusty Water Fixed

    Gerald from Reliance fixed our rusty water by replacing the anode rod. Fast, professional, no issues, definitely went above and beyond for a typical service call.

    Leaking Water Heater Tank By Reliance

    So mid July my Reliance Home rented water heater leaked and damaged my basement carpet for 3 days. We waited for the technician to fix the leak for the entire day and past the indicated time of service. When I called their customer service line the Agent purposely hung up and proceeded to cancel the appointment as I was speaking to another agent to see where the technician was. Just as bad, they said that a manager would contact me, Ive called 4X. No return calls/follow ups from their side. Service was for July 16th. Nothing. Worst yet I want to cancel my service and they told me they would pick up the heater for $60. Really? Its your poor service why I want to cancel. Why would I continue to pay $115/month when your customer service reps would let clients basements/homes flood.

    Hot water tank

    Marco, came to our home to change are hot water tank that blew, he was the best! Marco changed everything with no mess. Marco was so polite and professional witch made this ordeal not so bad since we just got back from a trip. THANK MARCO your the best!!
